Its just a natural process of aging and experience. You can believe what they say, when it favors the top 5-10%. Other than that, don't believe a word. With labor its more like the top 20-30%. Lib dems and greens seem to fall somewhere in between the two. *There is some trickle down obviously, and it always makes labor a better choice for the country if you are outside the top 10%.

Sadiq Khan may not be perfect, but Susan Hall sounds like a thousand times worse. If people ignore road signs and drive into a ULEZ area not having paid the necessary fee, then serves them right. That is not what I call a tax grab. If people followed the rules, there wouldn't be any fines and therefore revenue. Similarly with the fee for those vehicles that don't meet the requirements. It is intended to act as a deterrent and therefore not an attempt at a tax grab either. Whether ULEZ is the best system or not is a different debate altogether, but calling it a tax grab is a very immature argument by someone who wants to be the Mayor of London.

@@pauldadson3812 If I was going for a top job I'd make certain I was aware of what was on record, that's to start with, next I wouldn't spend so much time on the internet not to know who or what I'd been in contact with, it's not difficult, except for some.

Ms Hall's conduct is execrable. She is completely unfit to be mayor. Well said Lauren.

I've given up already at 1:54 because the level of prevarication and weaseling is just too much to handle. Already by that point she'd had several opportunities to retract and apologise unreservedly, but no: "if anyone takes offence, I'll apologise" - such lack of moral compass or indeed ability to "read the room" aside, where is the leadership in that kind of stance?

Some people like racism some done, some people liked the holocaust some didn't, see how terrible that excuse is

If they bought in a law, to deport unwanted second / third generation. Immigrants, it would get my vote. King Charles the Greek, Boris The Turk, Rishi ‘ I’m Indian really’ Sunak & Suella ‘ I love Golliwogs’ Braverman. Definitely bye bye, all first generation Tory immigrants, we’re full.

@@tgillson3093 Sorry my friend, the Tory law already exists. Don’t worry, you’re safe, unless one of your grandparents was an immigrant. All Jews, about 50% of African / Caribbean & about 30% of Asians can have their British Nationality withdrawn, without the need to be informed, under the Borders and Nationality Act 2022, Clause 9. They always say, that’s hyperbole, it will never happen. It devastating to become a second class citizen of the country of my birth & the nation I love, with all its imperfections. It’s a kick in the teeth.

Christ she makes Shaun Bailey sound decent. She's got absolutely no chance of winning... why do the Conservatives never put up a credible alternative people can vote for? 🤷‍♂️

Why are people like this so pathetic, that they can’t even be honest about who they are. If you walk like a duck, quack like a duck, you are a duck.

She has the social media understanding of my dementia-riddled Aunt. "Oh, I like lots of things every day, I never meant to offend"...

'If you're a serial tweeter you tend to go through life tweeting all sorts of things...' I'd like to think the 'all sorts of things' are liked because you feel strongly about them. Either she is lacking character or she lacks integrity, substance and empathy.
