Both works. M a dr. And belive me... all logic and reasoning fail at one point. And that point is self realization. People who say yog doesnt wrk are dumbs. People who say planets dont hv any effect..are ...fool of hìgest order. Humans see ..hear only 5 percent of the universe. Rest 95 percent are not captured by our senses. Planets..energies..yogs..mantras fall in this 95 percent which is out of the general logic.. hence people act smarter defying these effects.
