And the rolling of the courtesan's eyes certainly does not indicate her realization, except for the pursuit of benefits ...

Absolutely! Last year people were miserable in Mandi due to landslides and flood and kangana didnt even show her face let alone help ! She used to call herald manali ki beti and now she is suddenly mandi ki beti !
