Kudos to the host for shouting out Stuart, Paul and Andrew at the beginning. To this day, people have no idea that "Sade" is a band and not a solo artist.

I really reeeeally hope she doesn't have a melt down in her 60s and start jumpin all over rappers hooks and shit, She is the definition of what an artist should be for me , Mysterious , beautiful, rarely seen on interviews , No antics no sleeze just beauty and music, and of course class…I fell in love with some gorgeous lady on an album cover in 85 as a 6 or 7 yr old kid and been a regular listener ever since…...ABSOLUTE...Legend.

True man, though if it hasn't kicked in during the '90s and '10s, she def won't do it now, there must be too much of a discrepancy between her taste and the sound of rap today, she probably doesn't even get it. She also refused to collaborate with Drake, so if he didn't get a Sade feature no one is getting it

Joseph Smith her being biracial doesn’t take away the fact that she is part of the black community. Her being referred to as a black woman doesn’t erase her English heritage or dismiss it. She even has called herself black lol

@Joseph Smith My aren't you aggressive.. she would never be considered a white person for obvious reasons.. like maybe her brown skin. Why does someone addressing her blackness make you so upset ? She’s been honored with an OBC and CBE award and in her acceptance speech she said that the awards were a "great gesture to me and all black women in England." So she obviously doesn't separate herself from being a black women.

Joseph Smith serious question are you dumb ? It’s February in the United States.. it’s definitely Black History Month. And the quote she made that I have been referring to came out in 2002 not in the 80’s and video you found isn’t even the award that I have been talking about so maybe YOU should read a little more carefully.
