Omega Tribe 1986 Your Graduation. The anime series is just called Yu Yu Hakusho. It's the scene of Yusuke's mother crying. I haven't seen any of the yu yu hakusho movies or OVAs, but I did recognize the scene used, so it oughta be from the original anime series of Yu Yu Hakusho. I apologize for the super detailed response. ^^"

I was 14~15 when I got into Japanese music, and even before that I was listening to video game music from Nintendo and Sony since I was actually a baby.
