Title Match Network presents another exclusive with the legendary Sabu.
"Chris Benoit broke my neck, then broke my shoulder and broke my heart when he k____ Nancy". Sabu tells us what his reaction was to hearing the gruesome news.
Back in 2007, the pro wrestling world would change forever when the bodies of Chris Benoit, Nancy Benoit (aka Woman, Nancy Sullivan) and Daniel Benoit were found in Georgia.
Nancy and Kevin were part of Sabu's first days in wrestling. Find out if Sabu believes the conspiracy theory surround Kevin Sullivan. Also, we talk about Chavo Guerrero and the creepy texts/calls he received from Benoit on the weekend of the murders.
Vince McMahon made Monday Night Raw a complete tribute to Chris Benoit, including heartfelt messages from all the WWE Superstars. Once the official story began to take shape however, WWE began erasing Benoit from any mentions moving forward.

He did Rob Van dams Van daminator chair spot outside of the ring, toss the guy the chair and did the move. This was a few months before the hip replacement. Anyway, was good to meet him. Very cool dude. Most people were afraid to approach him. I guess they thought he was like psycho or something. Very humble. Very chill. Very soft spoken actually when I met him. Account also Benoit’s brain was deteriorating from all the physical abuse to his head mixing in the steroids & alcohol and grief, that man just set himself in an automatic dark path. Wish help wouldve fallen to him sooner but regardless no matter how you slice it the killing of an innocent child, thats just atrocious .

@zfouleur That's the problem, people like you just can't accept the reality that one of your favourite wrestlers did what he did, so you like to put it on other people and shield all blame from Benoit. If you don't want to believe Benoit did it, that's fine you can argue that he was insane when it happened, just like I would argue he was. If he survived and was taken to court, he could have been found not guilty on the basis of insanity. However, it's very important and fair that you don't blame other people connected to the tradegy. Using Kevin Sullivan for an example the man is already suffering as it is, and this will be with him for the rest of his life, despite him having absolutely nothing to do with the tragedy. The last thing he needs is people using him as a scapegoat because they don't want to accept that one of their favourite wrestlers did the unthinkable.

He had to go to a house show in Beaumont Texas, Vengeance Night of Champions in Houston, Corpus Christi for the Super Show Vince's Funeral and the ECW show on Tuesday as he was the ECW Champion. They order the PPV but instead of getting on the plane Chris goes by himself instead. He had a enlarged heart and would have passed in April of 2008. He would still be remembered and things would have been different.

I really feel CTE did have a big factor to what happened & im sure it began to manifest before Eddie’s passing but Eddie kept Benoit in check and sane enough where im sure no one even noticed anything was amiss. All those head bumps Benoit purposely took as i think he was one of the very few or maybe only one who would take crazy head bumps during the time as it was staple for his character. BUT once Eddie passed, that guardian keeping the flood gates locked was no longer there and EVERYTHING began to seep through, multiplied by the grief of losing a friend, a brother if anything. Then you amplify this death combo with alcohol, stress, roids or testosterone enhancers, more long months of work, Chris was really working his way to his grave towards the end. Im just sad Chris felt aside from Eddie, there was no one else around that had enough impact to help him keep his mind and emotions grounded, and even more broken that not only did Nancy fall victim to his breaking point but so did an innocent child… his child. Man oh man.

NOT making excuses for Chtis Benoit, but with all the stories others wrestlers have said about the change in hid personality, suddenly becoming paranoid and religious and a recluse. Hernandez was a gang gang years before he even played high school football so I doubt he had cte then, he was just an evil thug. Benoit had little mad issues and got angry for it. He took steroids to feel like he was big and strong like the natural big abs strong me. Don’t blame cte for wife and sons murder, you sound like a fan of criminals. Junior seau killed himself from head trauma and he was a nice man.

My uncle had it and he couldn't function on his own never mind drive to work wrestling 6 nights a week and take different routes to work because they were being followed. It's hard because of the circumstances but if you approach it completely neutral like I did after a few years of believing Chris did it there is a lot of evidence that suggests he didn't do it.

My heart will always hope that Benoit didn't do this, but my mind will always wonder if chris, Nancy and Daniel were all victims of something more? And I could never trust kevin Sullivan's word! Ultimately for me. There's a reminder of truths. The concussions, the heavy use of testosterone, the time of deaths, the messages to others, and the fact that in the end... Benoit was broken. His mind, and his heart. Like sabu said.. killing a spouse in a fit of rage is understandable. But to kill your son. There's no coming back from that...
