Phulka + Gajar halwa is common and so is phulka + milk mawa. Puri + shrikhand is a common dish in maharashtra. Milk mawa is not much different from gulab jamun. Just that gulab jamun is ball shaped and crispier outside. Mash it and its essentially crispy milk mawa. And yea its a great combination. Puri is also combined with kheer.

@@mohabatkhanmalak1161 If ita soggy puri, it will not taste good with ice cream. But a crispy puri or like the one in this video will blend easily with ice cream as well. Sweet and puri combination is quite common.

Veg kima filled Puri (Bengali Lucchi) with Aalu Masala gravy curry is the main course n Gulab Jamun is taste enhancer sweet , optional for those who are unaware of Bengali food n culture but mandatory for those who are born Bengali n also who love the style n culture of pure Bangla food.
