stop judging the past using a modern lense and youll be way happier in life. Its also incredibly disingenoíous, unintelligent and stupid to do so for any part of the past. If it weren´t for the past, the present would not be how it is. Thats a fact. Thats why no one should ever look at the past and judge it on the merrits that we have in the present, which we have exactly because of that past..thats why its dumb to do so and even dumber to try and hold people accountable for present day morals that werent present in the past, but exist today, only because that past happened.

Dieting to fit into a dress is a sitcom goto from way back in the Lucy days. Even Claire Huxtable did it. However an inch or two to zip that up is easily handled by proper underwear like a bridal corset.

But then they didn't teach their audience about the dangers of eating disorders. All teen shows from the 90s/early 2000s have a "you're beautiful the way you are beware of eating disorders" episode. 7th Heaven, Full House, Boy Meets World. Partially because many teen actresses from the 80s were starting to reveal their real life eating disorders caused by the pressures of filming.

This is episode does hit close to me when I go on extreme diets

That’s because Sabrina got bought by the WB network after season 4. (And to be fair, I can easily see how Mrs. Quick, a high school teacher, would be way less relevant during Sabrina’s college years. Mr. Kraft can still pop up now and then as a more minor character, assuming he and Zelda are still dating. I just wish Harvey was originally a main cast member from the start of season 5 instead of a mere guest star.)

I haven’t had pancakes 🥞 ever since well I couldn’t remember the last time I had pancakes 🥞 or Waffles 🧇 or sausage or biscuits or even bacon 🥓🧇🥓 I mostly have Cereal and oatmeal (unless I run out of them sometimes)

Sabrina was always a hot woman. That’s why I always found it strange that she was looked down upon by Libby as “freak.” (It would make sense though that Libby purposely puts down Sabrina because maybe she feels threatened and jealous of Sabrina’s beauty, especially since Sabrina was the one to successfully win over Harvey’s heart after all, not Libby.)

I think this type of thing happened in the animated series - her jeans were suddenly too tight, so she basically ate nothing and nearly passed out at school. Turned out that Salem had shrunk her jeans in the wash

Crash dieting not the best way to go

Could she not just thin herself for the night to fit in the dress then undo the spell after the ball? She clearly didn't care about her weight as she basically said she would have altered the dress if it was an option. (And yes I know it's a kids show and it goes against the spirit/point of the episode, it's just fun to pick plot-holes)

Well, we learn from the first episode that magic can't get rid of cellulite. So presumably there may not be a magical way to drop half a dress size as well?

eggs as far away from her as possible? eat them hard boiled, get rid of the yolks if you want to be extra. hard boiled egg whites with hot sauce is my go to weight loss breakfast when I need to lose a few for an occasion.

Occasionally the actor that did Salem's voice will have a brief appearance in a TV show or movie and to this day it is unsettling to hear that voice come out of a man instead of a cat lol

Sometimes I feel like I’m out of shape and sometimes I don’t although I can’t get rid of my belly fat even if I exercise or eat healthy food well to me I probably won’t burn my belly fat I couldn’t even remember how I got belly fat or how to burn it either but at least I can still fit my clothes (even though sometimes of my clothes are kinda long and others not sure much)
