This was a hilarious one. You shouldn't mess with Mother Nature alright. If anyone remembers Wizards of Waverly Place, Justin messed with the weather one episode and Mother Nature caught him. She said "Now why would you mess the delicate balance of the earth's weather patterns? Do you know how much I work to maintain this planet?". Mother Nature put a raincloud over him, and she even said she can give him his own personal earthquake, I wonder what that would be like. Also Mother Nature is surely more powerful than any mere witch, I wonder if she's more powerful than the council.

So… you can’t change the weather without a punishment. Yet we’ve seen casting of lightening, wind, rain, snow… Yes the continuity of a show with a magical talking cat from the 90s means a lot to me 😂

Mark Twain once said "Gee, this mustache itches." LOL! This episode introduces some plot holes. Hilda caused a blizzard which almost killed a baby's parents in "The Adventures of Rudy Kazootie," Sabrina caused a blizzard in "Sabrina Through the Looking Glass," and she caused a snowfall in Miami in "It's a Hot Hot Christmas." Neither of them got any punishment in those episodes. Why was this different?

I imagine Hilda might've had a more controlled snowstorm over Westrbridge rather than anything countrywide (that or she was ready to suffer the consequences through a meeting with Mother Nature). Could also be that while Sabrina wanted the weather to clear up in this episode, the spell she uses as an adult is a different one (like say, creating artificial snow as opposed to wholly changing the weather). The blizzard she caused back in season 1 was before she had her permit, so I imagine she might've gotten off scotfree while her tutors (her aunts) settled the problem themselves. Maybe it's also just that Mother Nature doesn't mind witches causing storms but minds them removing them, since bad weather is often chalked up to mankind's doing, and that a witch shouldn't play good fairy by removing storms at the zap of a finger.

I get how that punishment is severe because Mr. Kraft's a modern day Scrooge but I get why he's such a grump. What I don't get is, why continue to blame people and the students in his school that didn't personally cause him any of the traumatic things that made him hate people?

because when people and life treat you in bad way you stat think what it is normal how need treat others, and you can't give to others what you don't have inside. it is like if you don't have money you can't give that to people, same with love, care and etc.

In the movie Sabrina Down Under Sabrina uses magic to summon a storm, but Mother Nature didn’t step in then. Maybe Mother Nature just likes mermaids and decided to let Sabrina off that time.
