@@georgekurien5018 the Bible also teaches that conflicts amongst brothers (believers) are to be settled internally. Carefully read 1 Corinthians 6:1-8. In verses 4-6 it says, "So if you have such cases, why do you lay them before those who have no standing in the church? 5 I say this to your shame. Can it be that there is no one among you wise enough to settle a dispute between the brothers, 6 but brother goes to law against brother, and that before unbelievers?"

In the church case the supreme court has emphatically ruled that even if a parish church has no faithfull attached to it it will will rmain as the common property of the trust since parish churches are the indivisible constituents of this religious trust ie. The മലങ്കര ഓർത്തോഡോക്സ് Church. that is to be administered by its bylaw ie. the constitution of 1934

All churches belongs to the church members it has a will or atharam registeration . supreme court decision is not considered the property act. How it can be added to 1034 bharanakadana. Also 1934 says that patriarch is the head the church which is not acceptable by orthodox sabha. Any way no sabha has the right to the property of the church it belongs to the property of the people

These disputes are not going to end till we all die.

Supreme court has found that മലങ്കര ഓർത്തോഡോക്സ് church is a religious comprising of its indivisible parish churches that is to be administered by its bylaw ie. The constitution of 1934 .the court ruled that the church constitution is legally valid document capable of meeting all the needs of the trust plus,the court declared its as a national using its specal powers under article 141to 146 .i dont at a loss as to how a state govt. Can circumvent a national by legislation. Using ആരാധനാലയ നിയമം ? Well,inthatcase the supreme court has recently clarified that thatlaw applies to only disputes between two religions. And not to disputes between varios interest in the same church. Using the the scale of majority ?the court has categorically said : the parish churches are indivisible parts of the trust and even if there is no one accepting the constitution in a parish ,il will remain as the common property of the church. So there is no scope for majority scale. Now regarding public order ( article 26 ) isn't this about establishing and maintaining of places of worship by minorities. Ok hre what is the scenario ? This is about putting in place alegally correct administration as ordered by supreme court after prolonged litigation. Those who resist the implementation of this nothing but plain law breakers and criminals. Pray tell me,who are you siding with ,the law keepers or law breakers ?

not only the properties but the faith as well. They says, orthodox Catholic is seated on St. Thomas throne. Such a throne never existed in christian history. As per the Bible only st. Peter has the right to establish the church. Read Mathew Chapter 16. In the court they says, they accept patriarch as the spiritual leader and written in their constitution also, but in practice, they are abusing and insulting the Patriarch Bhava

Also my friend told me that when you take the Quarbana, you have to forgive all the sins of your brothers and sisters. Then only the Quarbana is effective..Preaching something and practicing totally different.... This is what politicians do ....

@@greisthomson I am a journalist writing reports for the Church dispute and that is why I know this issue very well. Both the groups have been sitting on the fence for more than 100 years. SC has to give either YES or NO answer. The SC cannot sit on the fence without taking any decision. SC has given Orthodox Church to take control of the controversial Churches. Do you think the Jacobite faction will ever allow their Churches to be controlled by Orthodox. It will end up in a very big dispute and finally the believers will not go to Church anymore.

@@greisthomson There was another faction called Marthoma and when they left they did not fight for any Church or cemetery. They have constructed so many Churches and believers still respect them. This Orthodox and Jacobites needs to resolve the fight amicably. That is the basic principle of Christianity . "Love your enemies". If Church cannot do this then go and do some other work.

@Anil Nair If you don't understand Bible or court or then please don't stupidly comment on emotion basis Jacobite's themselves went to court without consulting the Orthodox sabha after 1958 which was for temp 12 years peace process .They had to pay fine of 12 lakhs which Orthodox sabha gave them forgiveness .In 1995. SC told both parties to settle out of court Orthodox submitted written Affidavit we are ready for peace and negotiation process these stupid Jacobite's with the innocent people's money they filed whatever SC Judgement gives they are ready to Accept.. Its not the church is wrong they are mislead by few Crooks who want is money power.

Implement the Supreme Court order . No other measure. Obey the law of land.

It is very sad that the incidents are not Christian way. Lord and God Jesus Christ always followed law and Order. Now if a so called Christian can not follow the law and order of the land, this person can not claim to be a Christian. We all should pray to the Almighty God the Pantocrator that these lawless agitators should be forgiven because they are demonized by the arch enemy of our Lord and God Jesus Christ. Let all Christians should pray for these agitators to be guided by the Holy Spirit and have mercy. Lord Jesus have mercy on these agitators.

HH.Theophilos Tirumeni In the year 1958 the Orthodox won the case in the supreme court and both the faction merged and again became one.Howeverin 1972 they separated and went to court. In the year 1995 the supreme court issued order stating that all churches should governed by 1934 consti tution .Again both faction went to court and the supreme court issued final order on 3Rd July 2017 that the church should be governed by 1934 Constitution.In order to obey the court order the Jacobite faction is demanding settlement. What this Jacobite think? The Jacobite think that they can torpedo the supreme court order like in 1958,1995. But this time the supreme court is decided to implement the order. No escape.

ഇരുപതു വര്ഷം കൂടി കഴിയുമ്പോളേക്കും ക്രിസ്തീയ സഭ അംഗ സംഖ്യയിൽ നേരെ പകുതിയാകും.... പണം കൂടി വെച്ചതുകൊണ്ടോ, പള്ളി മോഡി കൂട്ടി പണിതതുകൊണ്ടോ പ്രയോജനമില്ല, അപ്പൊ പിന്നെ എല്ലാ സഭകളുംകൂടി ഒരേ കുടകീഴിൽ വരുന്നതാണ് നല്ലതു.. അതിനുള്ള സമവായ ശ്രമങ്ങൾ നടത്തണം.. ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ സൂചികൊണ്ട് എടുക്കേണ്ടത് തൂമ്പകൊണ്ടു എടുക്കേണ്ടതുപോലെയാകും.

The Supreme court judgement very clearly asked u to follow your 1934 constitution. In this constitution it is written that Antioch Patriarch is the spiritual leader of this Orthodox church. Then how come an orthodox Vicar or Bishop who do not recognize the supremacy of Patriarch will become an official Vicar. How the church members will respect him. First you people follow the SC judgement in full. Also, you told your forefathers also participated in construction of church. We are talking about such churches constructed by the Patriarch faction alone in 100% patriarch faction churches. Shall we have to leave this also to you people. Supreme court judgement is not always the correct, even though unfortunately, it is the apex legal body. You people know the judgement on Soumya case, adulteration of housewife should not be questioned in court, homosexuality, even though medically hazardous is made legal and latest the Sabarimal temple issue. So also, the judgement on Church dispute. This SC judgement is issued without proper thinking particularly, regarding the 1934 Dec 26, MD Seminary. The court did not properly checked the authority and identity of those who attended that meeting. This 1934 meeting was conducted by one faction, Catholicose faction and patriarch faction stayed away from that meeting. So, how this factional meeting is upheld by the SC. Abdullah Masiah is an outlawyer and was banned by the patriarch and banned also by the Turkish government. He was not even allowed to wear bishop or priest dresses. The orthodox activists brought him in Bombay airport and in Bombay hotel he was dressed with Bishop dresses and brought him to Malankara, and ordained many Bishops. How come a fake bishop is acceptable to the supreme court of India. By which right SC legalise a fake foreigner and accepted all his activities in Malankara. There are lot of discrepancies noticed in this judgement. Therefore, this judgement must be re-evaluated by a full bench excluding Justice Arun Misra. This judgement is dubious and questions the integrity and respect of the highest judicial court.

@@k.ebraham7181 So many how's...! Bhai, don't underestimate the intelligence of Lower Court, High Court and Supreme Court judges. The case dates back to a century now. If you're conversant with so many substantive arguments, don't you think your church leaders and lawyers would also know them? None of them is valid, bhai. The Jacobite faction has simply lost the case, nothing more, nothing less. So try to reconcile. ade pozhanmmar thanne. Otherwise, how could they make fatal mistake. Even an idiot will understand after reading the SC judgement that it is biased and judged by money and power. See the onset of the judgement in which they SC states, everyone must obey the 1934 Constitution. Read their constitution, in which it is clearly written that Patriarch of Antiochya is the supreme leader of Malankara Orthodox church, which orthodox accepted in the Sc, but ourside, they changed their mind and keep on arguing and abusing patriarch. Hear the Fr. Varghese Varghese sermons in which he abused the Patriarch too much so also, the present Catholicos, the great sinner same like Augen the First. Another point is their constitution says they are after St. Thomas throne (St. Thomas was not even a priest, left alone throne) Bible very clearly testifies that the Key to heaven is given to St. Peter and told him whatever you lock here are locked in heaven and whatever u opened are opened in heaven. Jesus told Simon Peter, u are rock and upon this rock i will construct the church. Did Jesus told u are all rocks and upon each of you i will construct the church. If this was told what orthodox claiming is right. But this never happened and Bible clearly testify the fact that St. peter alone was given the priesthood to construct the church. Another instance, is that as patriarch is sitting on St. Peters throne and how the orthodox can follow the St. Thomas throne. This constitution itself is mockery. It is a clear joke. It start with St. Thomas throne and later says Patriarch is the supreme leader of this church who is officially seated in St. Peters throne. How much contradictory and is it not a joke. Secondly, the SC has upheld the activities of Abdullah Masiah, a lunatic, banned by Patriarch synod. He was also banned by the Turkish government. Who given the SC the right to accept a person who has been banned by the government of Turkey. He is 100% illegal and was deprived of all the right to perform any religious activities. The SC also says okay for continued ordination done by the Augen saying he was not given enough time to explain his statues. The SC did not checked the number of orders and mails sent by the Patriarch to him. The other most important thing is the veru 1934 Dec. 26, meeting and the constitution. When this constitution was made and who has approved it? Where is the evidence. Did the SC saw the 1934 constitution original copy. Because, this constitution was edited so many times and the contradiction at the inception itself shows it has been edited and added by these unscrupulous people. Also, how many church official delegates has attended the meeting done in MD seminary, Kottayam. Did the SC verified the original list with valid proof. Did the enlisted 1064 church official delegates attended this meeting. This meeting itself was a factional meeting of orthodox faction. In this faction meeting only the orthodox people have attended. The Jacobites conducted another meeting in which they have drafted their own Constitution. How the 1934 MD seminary meeting is binding on others who rejected that meeting. How come that meeting is binding on all the 1064 churches. There are hundreds of questions, the SC needs to answer. That is why i am saying this SC judgement is a stupid and nonsense judgement. Therefore, is very clear that this judgement is biased and purchased by money and power only. Thanks for your understanding.

സഭയെ പിളർത്തി ,പള്ളികളിൽ നിന്ന് ആരോടും കണക്കു പറയാതെ കോടികൾ അടിച്ചു മാറ്റാൻ കള്ള വേഷം കെട്ടിയവർ ആണ് യാക്കോബായ ബിഷപ്പുമാർ . ഇവർക്കു സമാധാനം ഉണ്ടാകണമെന്ന് ഒരു ആഗ്രഹവും ഇല്ല. എല്ലാ വഴികളും അടഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ഇനിയും ശവം വെച്ച് കളിക്കുകയാണിവർ . സർക്കാർ വിധി നടപ്പാക്കാൻ ആർജവം കാണിക്കണം .

Patriarch is only the head of Syriac orthodox church ,not the head of all churches in the world
