    i just bought myselft the t5 aswell already got a big ass intercooler, and great intake and a tune. around 320 hp. but i wanna take it further what kinda turbo you runnign i know its a hybrid? and what else apart from that incjectors fuel pump etc

    Turbo is a custom casting bearing housing which accepts a Garrett g25 ball bearing cage while retaining td04 form and connections on the outside, and it uses a g25-660 turbine and compressor wheel. For the rest just h beam rods and tsp valvesprings

    @@oliverlwenstein271 a friend of mine makes the castings and the chra assembly, machining the turbinehousings and making the inserts for the compressor housings we do in my workshop

    Gesmede drijfstangen, sterkere klepveren, hybride turbo, 750cc injectors, 3 inch uitlaat, 340lph brandstof pomp, standalone ecu, grote intercooler

    @@it_is_just_a_volvo nou heb m op de huidige boost setting nog niet gemeten. (Heb mn eigen dyno bijna klaar, morgen eerste test als t goed is) maar op 1.4 bar maakte die 436pk staat ook wel op mn KZread en druk nu 2 bar boost op t ding en daarop doet ie ruim meer. Zal sws 500 plus zijn. Zal m binnenkort eens op de dyno knopen als de test morgen goed gaat.

    @@DWTSVIDS Ik ben benieuwd want TD04 is best restrictief richting 500pk. Met Water Meth ga je dat wel redden/halen. Alvast benieuwd naar het resultaat! 😁

    @@it_is_just_a_volvo heeft natuurlijk ook weinig meer met td04 te maken aangezien dr een volledig g25 turbinewiel inzit dus zowel diameter van t wiel een stuk groter als van standaard td04hl + de breedte van de opening in de scroll bijna 2x zo groot als standaard omdat het g25 turbinewiel een stuk hoger is.

    @@Carcarcarcar763 T5 engine is more durable compared to the 5 cylinder R engine. I don't know why but volvo decided to have thinner cylinder walls with the R engine that's why it's not as durable. These T5 engine are super reliable and can handle power like no other

    @@matsku5853 I am aware of that but usually people put sleeves in T5 blocks if they chase that much HP. Just baffled tbh because the 2.3 still has thin cylinder walls and it's an aluminum block
