if the compressor and dryer were replaced prior to me diagnosing, noticed that that compressor is alway engaged and the dryer is getting really hot. also the pressures on the low and high side are shooting up to 300psi what could the system doing?

Sorry, but if the clutch is bad then replace the clutch...Replacing the compressor and the drier is going to cost the customer hundreds of dollars more. The clutch costs around $75 dollars and let's say you as the mechanic double that price and add your labor to that. Most clutches can be cleaned and will again work. You can force it to engage by pushing it in and then apply WD40 to the gap. Do this several times and the clutch will free itself and become functional again. The one in the video looks pretty ratty. It's likely just needing a good cleaning.

My Freightliner Cascadia clearance lights , dash lights are flashing. Headlights stay on as well as the ABS light. Brake lights do not work nor do the turn signals. Code SFU 49. Please advise

What if there is no power going to the compressor. The dash said there is a short in the wiring.

So by checking power on the electric connector you determine the compressor fuse is not blown . Not pressure is good , you still don’t know if the truck has free on because u never connected ac manifold

Hello I have a freightliner Cascadia has no cold air in front but has cold air in rear , I did replaced EXPANSIVE VALVE on the front side, recharge the freon , but it did not change anything , front still has no cold air, and rear has really cold air . Do you think the new EXPANSIVE VALVE is not working or maybe something else cause front AC NOT cooling at all？If you have time please let me know I appreciate ， thank you
