Exactly same problem i am facing. The photo looks better pre processing. So far haven't found any solution

Closest solution I've found is not zooming all the way in and cropping afterward. Do you have the glass protector on your camera lens?

@@TrainedZombie No protective cover on lens. yes, shooting at 3x and cropping seems to be the only way for getting natural looking zoom shots.

Well after updating the problem is totally gone. I can email you pictures of the moon . So freaking clear and so real .

Turns out we were tricked. The phone uses AI to replace our picture with a generated pic of the moon
