I had been chasing down some electrical gremlins for a while. Car wouldn't hit boost, wouldn't rev up. Checked: MAF, Coils, Igniter, Plugs, Fuel Filter, Vacuum Leaks, harness, ecu, tps, etc. Found a bad tps but still had problem. Thought it was alternator so hooked up the voltometer to check it. Turns out it was a bad battery and not the alt. It was only 6 months old but for some reason was no good. This vid shows new battery while driving. Keeps charge instead of going slowly down. Put maybe 40 miles on it so far and keeps the charge. ***NEW DEVELOPMENT** Turns out it was the alt. Was slowly going bad and put out some voltage but not enough.
