सात्विक सब्जी बनाए और रोगों को दूर भगाए!
जब हम आजकल आमतौर पर सब्ज़ी बनाते है तो उसमें बहुत नमक, मिर्च-मसाले और तेल डाल देते है | हम उसे इतना पका-पका कर खाते है की उसमें सारे पोषक तत्व (nutrients) ही खतम हो जाते है | हमे लगता है की हम तोह घर पर बनाई healthy सब्ज़ी खा रहे है, लेकिन वास्तव में, वही सब्ज़ी हमारे अंदर Diabetes, Pcod, Thyroid और High blood pressure जैसी बीमारिया पैदा करती है |
इस वीडियो में हम सात्विक सब्ज़ी बनाने का तरीका सीखेंगे | सात्विक सब्ज़ी में क्या ख़ास है? हम इसे बिना तेल के, बिना मिर्च-मसलों के, मिटटी की हांड़ी में बनाते है | पूरी ज़िन्दगी हम मिर्च मसलो का ही स्वाद लेते रहते है | लेकिन जब आप सात्विक सब्ज़ी बनाएंगे तोह पहली बार मटर की सब्ज़ी में मटर का स्वाद आएगा, गोभी की सब्ज़ी में गोभी का, और गाजर की सब्ज़ी में गाजर का, नाकि मिर्च-मसलों का | ये साधारण सब्ज़ी से भी ज़्यादा स्वादिष्ट लगती है क्युकी इसमें सब्ज़ियों का natural taste आता है |
हम इस सब्ज़ी में तेल नहीं इस्तेमाल करते, क्युकि तेल एक खंडित (यानी refined) पदार्थ है | तेल हमारा शरीर अच्छे से पचा (digest) नहीं कर पता, और फिर वह हमारी arteries में जम जाता है और cholestrol और fat में बदल जाता है | तेल की जगह हम नारियल की गिरी इस्तेमाल करते है, जो अपना खुद का तेल छोड़ देता है, और पता ही नहीं लगता की सब्ज़ी में तेल नहीं डाला |
इसको हम मेटल की जगह मिटटी की हांड़ी में पकाते है | खाना बनाने के लिए मिटटी सबसे उत्तम है क्युकी यह हमारे खाने को धीरे-धीरे पकाती है और इसमें पोषक तत्वो को बनाये रखती है | हमारे पूर्वज सब मिटटी के बर्तनो में खाना बनाते थे |

हरि 🕉 नारायण नारायण नारायण मैं तो कुम्हार की मिट्टी की बहुत इज्जत करती हूँ। पानी मिट्टी के घड़े का ही पीती हूँ उस से बढिया फिल्टर कोई नहीं क्योंकि R O तो जरूरी minerals बाहर कर देता है और उस पानी में ताकत नहीं रहती । दीवाली पर दिये भी मिट्टी के ही जलाती हूँ। मिट्टी की हांडी में धीमी आँच पर और भी ज्यादा tasty और पौष्टिक सब्जी पकती है क्योंकि एकदम तेज आँच पर पोषक तत्व उड़ जाते हैं। कहावत भी है - सहज पके सो मीठा होय।

Im loving to cook sabzi this way - 1. No oil = no grease to clean around the stove 2. Minimal cooking is less tiresome compared the regular cooking which takes a lot of heat, fumes etc 3. It feels very energetic through out the day after eating these 🍲 Thank you so much for making my life easier 🙏🏻

@@abhirajsingh803 Also this type of cooking takes a lot of time and cooked fresh. Opening such type of restaurant *may* effect the operations and profitability of the restaurant. Idea is not bad but feasibility is a challenge.

It’s good. But mitti bartan will take lot of time to cook on gas. Bhut zada gas use hoti h is se. Pehle k time me chuhlla hota tha isliye ye bartan use krte the. Although it’s a good video. Whosoever can afford must do it 👍
