Golem Mastery is a 25% multiplier per rank. That is A LOT.

I saw your written guide using 1h wand + focus for weapons, while in the video it was 2h weapon, can you please explain which one is more preferable for most of the situations.

is grim harvest really needed when you online have one spender of 10 essence? seems excesive

Very nice, but let's say I have 0 tempers left on my gear and I have the standard endgame version with 1h + focus and farming pit 80 for materials under 4 minutes. Most of my gear is 9/12. How to progress from here? Should I switch tree + paragon with the same gear, level things till 12/12 or farm pit, drop everything ( except for Shako) and get the gear you have and automatically get it to 8/12? Is there also an option for the boss-killer version with shako?

Hello, I am trying to find the ideal/casual Shadow Necromancer (only shadow mages), but I cannot find it. For me as a casual and console user I love using ring of sacrilegious. I also own a shako. So this combination for a Minion Shadow Necromancer I haven't found yet. Maybe you have some ideas. Thank you.

I made this version for a disabled person on stream, I do not recommend playing this since you sacrifice A LOT of damage for QoL and you are becoming a worse player since you do not sync Blighted and Flesh-eater uptime. I'm currently playing the non-shadow minion necro and it's quite doable up to pit 90 without incense or double potions. However, I'm looking to push a little further. How well would the normal minion necro from Maxroll transition to shadow minion necro and will the normal minion necro get an update that puts things in line with patch 1.4.3?

1.4.3 didnt change anything for Minion Necro. The swap is extremely easy cause I made it so, the paragon bord requires only 1 glyph change and you are done. Its important you have some attack speed on gear to make up for losing Kalan‘s Edict.

hi may i know if the golem pit push (DEF/HC) can do all content? or just for pit pushing. I did follow the build but i feel the damage is lacking is it because i dont have my uber helm yet?

If damage is lacking you either are missing an Aspect, important Affixes on items, or you havent watched the Rotation chapter.

The build on Maxroll.gg is always the most up-to-date thing you can have. KZread videos outdate.

Enjoying your hardcore varient of this build and recently got to 100 on my 3rd attempt at necro (lost the first in the 70s, the second at 87), thanks a ton for your hard work for the community. Reap instead of blood mist = 20% DR (might aspect) + 15% DR + 30% haste (haste + dr from just base reap, and it doesn't even take up many skill points, awesome), shield = another 10+ DR +blocks although theoretically I could also use a focus for more CDR. imo reap completely outclasses blight at least insofar as hardcore is concerned. Although, I am using the 30% DR from my golem, so this PARTICULAR varient of this updated video wouldn't work for me, I am indeed a pretty tanky point, not as tanky as my hardcpre 100 barbarian (50 pit at masterwork 6ish).. still VERY tanky. With the extra few points I have in my build I alternate between run speed after a darkness or 20% extra healing

Which is the better temper? Golem damage or damage to cursed enemies? I see both in the builds.

Golem Damage if you go for a pit push, damage to cursed if you want a jack of all trades build.

What prompts the switch from the 1H + Offhand to the 2H weapon? More golem damage?

Yes. Also double effectiveness of Blighted Aspect.

I had to modify mine a bit based off my MW crits and gear, but putting Damned Aspect on my amulet (moved Hardened bones to the pants) with MW Crits on +Damage to Cursed (110 on each 1h weapon!) worked best for me. I'm currently testing Aphotic and Blood Getter's to see which works better (0.3x + 0.21x for Blood Getter's vs. guaranteed Shadowblight) right now.

Damned Aspect doesnt work on Minions, nor does it work on the build since you basically deal no Shadow damage.

@@Chronikz Strange. My golem at the very least seems to go from 1-3m to 3-6m when attacking a cursed training dummy. (I came here from the Shadow minions build on Maxroll so it differs from your 2H Scythe build somewhat)

Hi, I noticed you changed the tempers, is the damage against cursed enemies less strong than the golem? Because I don't understand why you make so many variations. I invested in the end game build and now I have to replace it?

The good thing in games is you only have to do one thing: Have fun. You don't need to do anything besides the above. If you like to min-mxa then you can swap to the best variant to whatever you want to accomplish in the game. If you want to push pit then the "Golem Pit Push" variant is your best bet. If you want to kill bosses, then the "Boss Killer" variant will suit your needs. If you want to do all of them with just one build, you use the "Endgame & The Pit" variant. Super simple.

The Minion Necromancer is great to push to level 100 and as soon as you have some attack speed on gear and all aspects required for Shadow Minion you should switch to that. All available here: maxroll.gg

The website is always up to date. But this video refers to the „Golem Pit Push Variant“ as said and shown multiple times throughout the video. You can check the different variants in the written guide in the „Endgame Progression & Variant“ section.

Minion is better for leveling because of Kalan's Edict. Shadow Minion is better in Late Game because of the Blighted Aspect.

The Blighted Aspect makes Shadow Minion much stronger but it needs a bit more time to get going compared to Minion Necro.

Did try something similar, but once I got to pit 70+ even trash mobs just oneshot me even with capped defensives. I think it boiled down to not being able to keep BS up for the shield. Just couldn't get the CD down enough.

​@@Gr_ywind I had some problems with that too early on. Until you get the gear for cool down if you run osseus gale aspect it helps it a ton and bone storm is basically infinite. Having a couple greater affix max health on your gear helps a lot too.

@@habib6863 Interesting, I shall have a look at that. If that works then I might have to give necro another go. It's just tedious and fecking expensive to switch and test all the time. Haven't found something I really gel with that's also highly effective this season, and I've tried the lot at this point. I've migrated over to druid just because of how much fun and tanky some of its builds are, but even that is struggling to push now. Sneaky Edit: Patch notes are improving BS, nice. Also, barb buffs. Because of course. 🤣 Shielding Storm Aspect Previous - Each time that Bone Storm damages an enemy, gain a Barrier equal to 1-6% of your Base Life for 10 seconds. Now - Each time that Bone Storm damages an enemy, gain a Barrier equal to 1-6% of your Maximum Life for 10 seconds.

​@@Gr_ywindif you're interested in playing Necro I'd definitely give it a try, especially after the patch Monday. I crutched on osseus gale and shielding storm for a long while this season haha. I'm a huge proponent of playing builds that you like and find fun and engaging though, so try to find something you vibe with!

How do you get max resistances.. when none of the gear on the build has any elemental on gear or tempering.

i dont get shadow stacks as fast as you. same build / aspects etc. Idk. Works though!
