    Sir jo 10 breath ka hai usee 2-3 bar karne vajrasan virasan 5-10 minet halasan 1minet sarwang asaan minimum 2 minet setubandha asaan apne chhamta ke anusar jitna jyada ruke behtar hai halasan sarwang asaan kamar pe hathon ke sahare asaan me jaye aor aye beginner bujurg ke liye mahilaye piriyad ke samay pair uthane wala asan na kare
