Hey sir need your suggestion. i m a beginner, i used to squad with 50 to 60 kg in 3 sets(20 per set) but one day i tried to increase my rep forced my self & added 5 rep each in a set but since then i think my muscle cramped i think so now i am not able to do even 10 rep with body weight my doctor suggested me to skip that particular workout i can lunge & do other legs workout but can"t squad please help
