In India we don’t have any law firm to fight in court for biggest scams happening in stock markets. Ratail investors lost lacs of crores in manipulation but no investigations. This is very unfortunate, its the biggest scope in India if some layer has a courage to fight the case in behalf of stock and mutual fund investors.

Gender neutral laws hone chahiye aur fake cases karne walo ko quick aur strict punishment dena chahiye. Maintehance bhi band kar dena chahiye. Tabhi misuse khatam hoga

mere khyal se maintenance band karna chahiye if she is single(no kids) if she has kids then give maintenance sirf tab tak jab tak woh koi kaam nahi karti and sabse pahle 50% wala hisedari khattam karo. Saare lafde ki fasad yahi hai ki aadha property uska ho jaayega. I think hum sab ek saath hoke mard ki power dikhayenge dhrna do ya court pahucha bas ise band karwana hai

another example of gauging the seriousness of allegations , would be that wife SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO IMPLICATE ANYBODY ELSE other than the HUSBAND. At the time of FIR , both husband and wife should be present . Lower courts should , ideally give a cooling off period or set up adr means, use dono ka waqt bhi bachega and court ka samay bhii .

I don’t understand law should work on facts and proofs , how come Indian law makers become so dumb that they have started making law to arrest men just on the basis of statements or an allegation. if a woman is been victim of domestic abuse ,rape , dowry , etc then first thing police should take biological test of a girl if it’s a physical if it’s a financial thing like Dowry girl should provide evidence like chats , bills of payment , and bank statements etc. police and the law makers both are not doing their job correctly that’s the outcome of men suffering in this country. With out facts and evidence even the Indian constitution itself has no right to arrest anyone. Should learn some good ethics while working on something that will be impact society badly. Dowry is not wrong if Alimony is legal to get to ex wife even though she is well educated, and had work experience. And India needs to understand and come out of this mindset of when it comes to victims only women can be not at all true getting victimized is not associated with gender it could happen to anyone.

Mere bhai k sath b jahi dhamki di ja rahi hai. Mera bhi depression me hai aur kisi se baat b nhi karna chahta kyuki insult hogi. Bhai k to shadi b without dowry without anything simple gurudwara sahib me without even food hui thi. Humne baad me reception party ki thi. Kapde tak use bhai ne khareedi kar diya tha. In our family , my mother's daughter in law who bought notbeven cloths in her marrisge zero things but steal everything from homd to give to her family. Her body is like man,young, too big and strong, she always threat to throw out of home and always push my old small mother. While she threaten that" i will make fake case in police against my mother". Please Advice, what can do to stop torture to my mother? My mom is illiterate she csnt even record what she is doing? Punishing wife under 498A by adding extra provision doesn't make any sense as section 211 ipc already deals with malicious prosecution however changes can be made regarding this in section 211 of ipc.

Court मे कारवाई के दोरान judges द्वारा जैसे कुछ धाराये लगा य हटा दी जाती हे वैसे ही जब लड़की का केस झूठा साबित हों जाये judges को तब ही sec. 211 के अंतर्गत जो भी प्रावधान है तुरंत लागू कर देना चाहिए

Soft corners are always given to gender women , recently in one manifesto for this coming election one leader said they will give 1lac rs to every women ? Why ? Why not men ?
