Try the AA gold or green spring in the secondary. It fixed my belt slip totally and I kept stock clutching.
Very interested to hear your thoughts on the machine on the trails after the reduction. I have a 21 pro xp4 Ultimate on stock 30s and it rubs on everything, especially with the stock trailing arms. I’m tempted to skip the 32/33s and jump straight to 35s with gear reduction. I like that you were able to use all Polaris parts for gearing as well

It’s a game changer!!! It’s much more controlled now in low. I believe the 4 seaters come from the factory a little lower than the 2 seater, so it wouldn’t be as much of a drop. If you like climbing I definitely recommend it.
After the gear reduction what speed is now to fast for low gear? In other words do you now stay under 25 mph or some other speed? Have any of the gear reductions made the transmission noisy?

Yeah I definitely run high more than I used to and keep low for tougher trails. 25 is about it for low now, if I need to go over 20 I just throw it in high. No new noises that I’ve noticed.
I'm looking at doing a gear reduction on my 2020 pro xp 4. I am curious about how much top end you lose. What are you seeing for top speeds in high and low gear? I currently get about 45mph in low before I hit a speed limiter. Which is way to fast obviously.

Honestly we haven’t tested that out, I can tell you that low 20s in low she’s screaming. Haven’t hit limiter though. Once we’re gonna be doing 20 I’ve been putting it in high. We don’t really have a spot to top out high.
