@@R-zb6lb from the list I've only played gta 5 and it runs fine at 720p (med settings at stock tdp). Got abt 33-45 avg fps. Other than that I played Alan Wake(og), Alien Isolation, all Arkham games, all Telltale walking dead games, LA Noire, MK9, Sleeping Dogs, Fallout 3, Disco Elysium, Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, Brother's: A Tale of Two Sons and many more indies. To summarise most big games released before 2016 can be run at 720p (low-med) at playable fps.

I have the ASUS Vivobook with the AMD Ryzen 5 5500U. It's pretty capable, but it's a very casual laptop. It's not designed for gaming or even being a workstation and they made me pay $600 for it? smh A few days ago, I upgraded the SSD to 1TB since the one that came with it (512gb) was faulty af. The performance increase is SIGNIFICANTLY noticeable. Maybe if this laptop came with 1TB SSD, it MIGHT'VE been worth $500 smh. I use Windows 10 21H2 LTSC, a very minimalistic windows. Out of all Windows 10s, it offers the best performance and security/privacy. I also have it optimized with the best possible performance --- -Witcher 3: I could play that game at 720p30 Maximum settings. (Minus the Nvidia, shadow quality, and AA). I've lowered my settings to the bare minimum to see if 60fps was even possible, but I couldn't go higher than 45fps. Besides, Quality > Quantity. The new Next gen update, I can't even turn anything on without dropping to single digit FPS. Glad I played the game when I did, bcuz I can't play it anymore :c -Minecraft: 14 chunks, high/max settings, texture pack with foliage leaves, and using optifine, I can get a solid 60 at 1080p. I could even do Lite shaders at 8 chunks -2D games run with no problem at highest quality and performance. Terraria, Stardew, Dead Cells, Hollow Knight, all easy 1080p60 max settings. (Hollow Knight doesn't do highest settings THAT wel (The blur setting)l. It DOES go over 60fps, but it stutters and slows down erry other second, so I just do "lowest" setting anyways since it looks better than "Medium") -Metal Gear Rising Revengeance: 1080p60 Maximum settings, AA off. (Anti Aliasing evne onthe lowest setting dropped my frame rate down to like 14 smh) -MGS5: 900p30, maximum settings (Minus shadow quality, post processing on second highest setting "High"). I used to play it at 720p60 medium/high settings, but with my new SSD, 30fps is actually playable. It used to look and feel like 15fps -Dragon's Dogma 1: Maximum settings, 1080p30. No problem -Persona 3, 4, and 5 run at maximum settings and performance! -Octopath Traveler: 720p60 max settings. Wish this game had a 30fps cap, bcuz I get exactly 30fps at 1080p. A shame the 30fps looks like 15 tho. Game was meant only to be played at 60fps smh Octopath 2 demo: Settings gotta be a little bit lower, but it's overall the same otherwise. I don't remember, but it MIGHT have a 30fps cap? -Monster Hunter Rise: 1080p30 Max settings (minus res scale (100% is max I can handle) and shadow quality). With my new SSD, the performance is even smoother and stable and I can have DoF enabled :p -Paladins: Nothing changed. Still 1080p60 maximum possible settings -Overwatch 2: I never did mess with the settings at all since I didn't rly care. I just lowered them all. But I managed 1080p60 -DOOM2016: 768p60, lowest settings. 85% res scale (Probably ended up making it 720p lol) It was a very stable 60fps. Don't bother getting DOOM Eternal to run unless you're willing to play an fast paced FPS in 30fps. It won't be easy to play. And the game is still gonna be on really low settings. Except it to look like the Switch port if you wanna rly go for 60fps -Sonic Adventure 2 and Mania ran fine. Sanic Generations is a botched port, more graphically intense that Witcher 3 was on maximum settings smdh -Deep Rock Galactic: That game was all over the place. Depending on what you were doing, you could be at 20fps or 60fps. It's been a while since I played, but I think I had it on 1080p60 lowest settings. Intense scenes came on and I ended up dropping it down to 720p. In the hub area, solid 20 no matter what -Final Fantasy 14 Online: I did play at 720p30 high settings, but the UI scaled with res and it became very cluttered. So I lowered the settings a bit and put it at 900p. I haven't played in a long time, but it might run a little better now with my new SSD -Honkai: Star Rail: 900p, max settings, reflection on lowest, frame rate capped at 30. Runs fine and looks good

Nice fps test bro. While playing Hearts of Iron 4 the CPU was using %26-30 in the Adrenalin Software application. However, this value was higher in MSI Afterburner. Is there a problem with my cpu? My pc specs same as your pc specs. And Ryzen Controller still active?

if in the normal way, you can play games while plugging in the charger and using the 'best/high performance' battery settings. The TDP will automatically increase to 25W (but sometimes it will drop to 19-21W, and sometimes it will go up to 30W in the short term). Alternatively, you can use a third-party application to increase your TDP, with the AMD APU Tuning Utility or Ryzen Controller.

usually tehy come with just 1 stick of memory - then yes - with two in dual mode graphics is noticable more fluent

Both are pretty similar in gaming performance, depending on the game the difference will be by a few fps. I would still go for laptop with ryzen 5 5500u because it's an unlocked APU which means with the right tool you can make it even better. I'm thinking about AMD APU Tuning Utility which lets you rise the TDP from 15 Watts to 25-30 watts to help your iGPU maintain a stable clock speed which in this case would be 1800mhz core clock, you want to test the temperature before changing the TDP because if it has bad cooling then rising it to 25-30 watts would make it run hot, over 80 degrees censius is not good, I mean the cpu can take it but it reduces lifespan. You can also overclock vega and I think +200mhz core clock for 2000mhz instead of 1800mhz would be great.

Also Valhalla I get about half that and the same with most of the games on the list and I have this same set up so I’m finding it t hard to believe these videos are genuine plus the fact that other videos on KZread show that these games don’t run like that on this card and set up so starting think these vids are fake
