I don't watch AH anymore but I can still to this day remember that Jack was responsible for a lot of good AH moments. Go back and watch the Pubert episode and you'll see that Jack remembers who pubert is at the beginning of the argument but he lets it all play off and it led to a phenomenal moment. He knows when comedy will stike and he sits back to see it unfold.

to be fair, ryan wasn't wrong in that, it's much easier to learn by seeing the mechanics than to be told them. However they really need to learn wiping isn't a bad thing and 90% of raiding is not getting salty over them and not to egg someone on who's starting to tilt just because you're tilting.

@@sophialong7669 I hate to say it, but no. We don't. If he comes back it's likely AH and RT as a whole will take an even bigger hit in their views and popularity, which is already at an all time low. And it could easily be likely that more people could fall victim to him as well. While I do miss him, it's more the idea of him as the real him is a terrible person.

Achievement Hunter really will be Ryan's super villain origin story. Only issue (for everyone else in Achievement Hunter) is that when Ryan snaps for good, he will already have amassed a following of people (including myself) who would be willing to help him take over the world without the use of mind control.

Holy shit, I’ve heard them refer to Ryan being salty during the destiny raid, but wow that was bad, would’ve been extremely uncomfortable actually there, but tbh watching it from an outside perspective it made me laugh due to the sheer chaos. I wish I was as good at arguing as a majority of them, felt bad for Alfredo he looked a hurt during the later half of that encounter

Although being told of the raid as it's happening is better for understanding. Being briefed before shooting the cup gets you prepared for what will happen.

It really makes it seem like all of that was a ploy to get Alfredo to blow his top and Truly Become an Achievement Hunter. Cause you're not a real Achievement Hunter until you've screamed your head off at someone else in the room and everyone goes "EEEEYYYYYY!!!!!"

13:29 it sucks that Ryan actually took that advice but in the wrong way

I'm glad I watched AH from 2010 to 2016 during their golden days. Ray, Ryan, and Geoff were my favorites. It's sad to see what this company has become.

I love how Geoff is just in the background laughing whenever he gets mad Poor alfredo has a really quiet voice so he can't compete

“You learn by doing!” That quote will weigh on him for the rest of his life. You wonder if he learned his lesson? Probably. But it costed everything.

I know Geoff said on Off Topic that he didn't really agree with Ryan during the "Learn By Doing" moment and just felt like he needed someone in his corner, but every time I hear it back, it sounds more and more like Geoff really did, even doubling down, and then backpedaled SUPER HARD when he heard that the audience was all saying Ryan was super wrong, thus absolving himself of any possible shade.
