Hey Ryan, started doing shadow boxing like 2 months ago on REGULAR, and I have to say these type of training are incredibly underrated! My breathing, my agility and strength improved so much for only like a week of doing it. If you guys look for a good home cardio training I highly recommend it!

This is actually EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE!! He hits this thing full motion, and doesn’t miss a beat. If you’ve ever tried, you’d know how hard that is… nice job!

Keep yours hands up and make sure to breath to prevent you from gassing out. Don’t forget the jab use the jab at all times most efficient punch in boxing. Look for body shots as well they hurt just as much as head shots

Good luck for the future - what's the make of your reflex bag please

If you don't mind a couple of tips from an over-the-hill ex-boxer who was in many fights here they are.... 1) Always wear you mouth piece when hitting the bag so you don't get in the habit of breathing with your mount open like you are doing here. Learning to keep that mouth closed tight even when out of breath will prevent a career ending broken jaw. 2) Don't just walk around between rounds on the bag but run in place on a mini trump instead to increase your endurance. Always strive to make your workouts harder than the actual fight will be. Good luck, I can see that you're on your way.
