i honeslty couldnt care less that he left Canelo's gym. I just want to see/know that hes improving and getting serious. Being at Canelo's gym does automatically make you an amazing fighter. It really just depends on the fighter himself.

@Smooth Operator the fact that you fail to acknowledge that when boxers train in the gym they most likely going to execute it in the ring. Ryan used to close his eyes before when training n that's what he did in the ring as well. Now as we can see he's not closing them in training so he probably has fixed that issue so its fair to assume he will keep them open in the ring... You don't acknowledge his improvement that is why I'm saying the only reason is you hating on the kid 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

@@narkx5601 That’s your opinion cool. But just look at his opponents full of no names until recently when he fought Linares, who hurt him bad nearly stopped him if bell didn’t save Haney. Gamboa in his 40s was a meh performance in which Haney should have stopped him in later rounds. And the Diaz fight wasn’t an impressive domination type fight for Haney, he just did more than Diaz imo. So comparing the other fighters such as Kambosos who beat Lopez, Garcia who Knocked out Luke Campbell, and Tank who has been Knocking everyone out, Haney to me is definitely the weakest out of the top guys in that division. Glad to see Garcia in a comfortable place. But too me, all that is good , but is it enough to get Garcia over the hump against his opponents??? Best of luck to Garcia. "Pops" #truschoolsports

He reminds me alot of amir khan. Lightening quick hand speed, good footwork, and great reflexes. And I see the improvements in his defense with keeping that right hand up. But he has an ego and I can see him getting into exchanges and if he doesn't keep up his guard he will get caught like he did with Campbell. He will win most of the exchanges against lesser competition but when he fights the top dogs like tank, haney, Lomo, Teo, and Shakur when he moves up in weight, will he keep that hand up.

Joe Guzman is a very smart coach. He is visualizing a boxer in place of the the cobra bag. They both could see an opponent who wasn't there.

Thats true art work of skill, years and many reps for Ryan to develop the way he did but it’s proof if you work hard and consistent anything is possible. There’s a reason nobody counted Ryan out when he got hurt he’s gonna be dangerous in the near future along with other light weights
