Really nice video. I followed along and did my FD gauges the same way. I have white numbers on green backlight and its pretty dim, even on the highest setting, I wonder if their LED conversion will fix that.

You should be able to add a second inverter to bring the brightness up higher

This may seem dumb but are you sure the tachometer is 4” 1/2 and the mph is 4”? I thought the factory tachometer was 4” kinda surprised to hear you fit a 4” 1/2 tach into a 4” hole.

I’m using these gauges with white numbers and green background and I have 3 inverters and the lights are very dim but I’m in Australia and speed hut want me to pay for the postage plus replacement of the lights even though they are brand new but dim as a car made in 1940 bit disappointed to be honey cost me almost 2k Australian and looks like shit

The el glow panel with the inverters does look like crap. The LEDs they offer look a lot better. They let me return them and they upgraded them free of charge. I paid for return shipping and I contacted them shortly after ordering. If you just ordered them I'd assume they'd let you do the same. They have a FB page (speedhut owners forum). If you posted there complaining maybe they'd be more inclined to help.
