r5 5500 can take upto 7700XT for 2k gaming with around 10% self bottleneck. Can be paired with upto RX 7600 with no issues.

Even can handle a RX 7600 (RX 6700). Although the PCI 3.0 and half cache, with the high clocks, IPC and low latency by the monolitic design makes up for it

What is better i5-11400F or AMD 5 5500? I have seen 2 computers with the same price, same ram and same graphics card. the only diferrence it s that the one with i5-11400F has 500ssd and the 5500U has 1tb of ssd

This is nice and probably best budget pc in 24'. I invested 150$ more at pc that is very similar to this one and there is no big difference. I have rx 7600 and 5600x. That is enough good for am4 platform, if u have more then 750€ for new pc i suggest go to better platform, but I'm also satisfied with this one.

i have same spec, in watch dogs legion 1080p high (benchmark part) the fps wouldn't go more than 70'ish, either does the gpu and cpu usage (both stays on 70-80%) is it a bottleneck or do i have a failing psu ?

6700xt for FHD and 6800 (non xt) for 1440p. You can get better gpu for 1440p without bottleneck but this one has very good price/performance ratio.

your fps seems pretty low compare to mine i have 200-240fps in cs2 with a lock of 240fps and i never see my fps go below 300 in valorant it usually is around 380 maybe this is because of the way you you capture your vids?

GPU load depends on a lot of things, but if its not throttling fully in most titles at high settings that usually means you either have a CPU bottleneck in your system or the game you're playing is poorly optimized. If you have a CPU bottleneck, it just can't quite keep up with what the GPU is capable of generating in the game engine, and you'll see unusually high CPU utilization along with unusually low GPU usage. A balanced system would see the opposite mostly, but it depends on the type of game you're playing. Minecraft, for example, is very CPU dependent, at least in its vanilla form.

Good CPU+GPU combo for 200€. People be spending +1000€ just to lose against a kid using a simple setup anyway. +50€ Case +60€ 32gb DDR4 +70€ 1T M.2 +40€ 2T SSD for crap +150€ MB with wifi +50 PSU 620€ Total Sounds like a good deal to me - should be 500€ to 550€ but meh, corrupt politicians be taxing hardware like there's no tomorrow.

l have very similar fps with my r5 1600 and rx 6600 in games like Apex, Finals, GTA, CS, Cyberpunk (ultra settings, vsync off, rt off), maybe you didnt turn off vsync and RT, because its very weird that you have identical fps with 5500 like my 1600 cpu with same gpu. All games are installed on NVMe 2TB ssd. l use windows 11 for example btw.
