Sleeved block ka problem yeh hai ki long runs pe bike jyada heat hokar sleeve loose hota hai aur performance, power down ho jata hai,new block ya original block mein yeh problem nahi aata hai,aur company jo manufacturer karti hai uska perfect combination rehta hai ki jyada temprature par bhi uska sleeve nahi loose hota

Bhai suno new engine build kr rhe ho to rx fan sab sun lo ek to crank assembly new daalo atleast crank rod to daalo uske bad piston ko na bht zyada loose ba bht tight rkho medium rkho aache se oiling krke piston ring or piston set kro or sabse important jo koi nhi krta vo h bike ko 1k 1.5 k RPM pe ek litre petrol k sth start chord do tb apka piston ramaa ho jayega

Water boils @ 100 degree Celsius. Temperature inside the block around 2500 degrees Celsius. What is the meaning to boil the piston @ 100 degrees inside the water 😮😮😮.

Sleeve Jugaad hota hai, not Successful . Jugaad nahi Chalta fast bike RX-100 may. .... Chain Set, Tyre tube n 2T oil , Gear Oil Castrol ,Cluch wire, Racewire(only Original) Fail Mistri hai ye, 31 saal se RX-100 hai

To kehna ye h ki Sleeve daalna bura nhi hota h jaha tk ki uska kaam dhang se ekdam sahi tareeke se kiya jaye. Aapko itna kuch pta h to ye bhi pta hoga ki Company originally ek sleeve daalke hi deti h jisko 4 baar bore kraya ja skta h. Usi tarah uss sleeve pr ek naya sleeve daalne me log gadbadi 2 tareeke se krte h - 1. Sleeve pr Araldite lga kr press kr dete h, jo ki garam ho kr khun ke aasu rula deta h. 2. Log shi se sleeve ko press kr bhi le to Ports nhi set kr paate h jo ki sbse bada reason hota h sleeve failure ka. Maine mostly logo ke cylinder me yhi problem dekha h. Jiske karan intake and outlet dono bigad jaata h aur performance nhi aata. Company sleeve ko Liquid nitrogen me dip krke shrink krke press krti thi jiske karan wo shrink ho jata tha aur press ho jane ke baad fail kr bohot tight aur permanent ho jata tha. Ab jo iss tarah se sleeve daal le aur port baitha le to Boss level mechanic hoga
