That NPF edition looks great. I wonder if Winnebago would consider adding a washer & dryer option to one of the wardrobe closets and also eliminating that oven and instead using a convection oven for the kitchen. That would absolutely make it perfect all around. The length is perfect as well and that bat-wing awning looks like it is just perfect for blocking those sun rays.

Great minds think alike, Henry! I have also suggested similar to the product team. Some is constrained by the chassis (the shorter Ford chassis doesn't have the same carrying capacity as the longer one used in bigger RVs with W/D), but they are looking into options. 👍 -Howard

Lots of really great ideas in this rig. Love the batwing awning and the fact that you can schedule when the generator runs. Super great for when you'd rather be out exploring than babysitting the genie when the solar can't keep the batteries charged enough due to shade or weather. Interesting about the tanks. So happy for you two!!

I'm surprised they don't utilize the see level tank gauges which go in 1% increments, which we love! we had those in our previous airstream and we loved it so much we added it to our super c. Loved the factory tour and new NPF RV walkthrough! we are actually looking to add theater seats, very similar to yours, in our RV. We currently have the couch but would like the theater seats without the big console so it's like a couch or theatre seats. Perfect! Our fresh water tank, and all our water lines are inside the RV which is perfect because we love Winter camping up North.

This model has been in the lineup for several years with a different name, the Vista 29VE, so you can buy a used one with around 10,000 miles and everything that came broken from the factory working for 1/3 the price of the new model.

That is one beautiful coach! You guys are so lucky to be able to use it for a full year. I love the fact that you have a comfortable king-sized bed in that “smaller size” motorhome…usually a double or queen in the shorter models. The bathroom is def a nice upgrade from the Navion. Yea, about the only thing I’d like to change in our Navion is the bathroom size. Pretty cramped, but it gets the job done. I think I like our pull-out drawers pantry better…I think you have the same on your “D” Navion.(our Lucy is a 2016 “M” which is the same layout as yours, except the dinette and bed is switched in placement.). Love your outdoor kitchen! What a great perk to have. NOW, all we need to do is: 1). Find out what kinda of gas mileage you get, as compared to the Navion’s economic diesel fuel mileage. 2). How you work in that smaller kitchen (although three burners is nicer than two!). 3). How it handles…whether Kaitlyn feels like she’s driving a big ‘ole honkin’ bus, comparing to the in-and-out of everywhere easily Navion, and drives like a mini van. Anyway, have fun with your new home on-the-road, drive safely, but most of all, HAVE A TON OF FUN! Love to you both, Virginia 💕

Very temping rig and well done video! But I gotta point out that it's the 8.5' width and 12' height that concerns me with motorhomes like this. Even most typical class C's are too wide. Two handing these down little country roads has to be a nightmare. Particularly if you meet a dump or logging truck.

Great video. Very thorough and informative. Hardcore Class B van driver here, but I'll admit, you have got me thinking now. Two questions. 1) You mentioned the upgraded cooling package and the Mach 10 air conditioners. We upgraded our Coleman Mach 10 in our Class B Winnebago Travato to the Coleman Mach 10 NDQ a few years ago and absolutely love it. It's far quieter than the standard Mach 10 both inside and outside. Is W installing the NDQ version of the Mach 10 on this coach? 2) How is the noise level while driving. Class A gassers are notoriously noisy from the engine and road noise. Are you able to converse up front on the highway without raising your voices? Just wondering if W was able to do anything to make that more comfortable.

My wife and I recently looked at a Winnebago Vista NPF near us and were also very impressed with the small details they thought of. Hi Katelyn and Howard, New to watching your videos. Absolutely love the detail you put into each one. Just curious about the new rule of video taping in NPs. Did you guys have to get a commercial license to be able to take videos in all the National Parks you're visiting? If yes, what was the cost to do that? If no, isn't the fee for not having a permit/license quite hefty? Thanks for all the information you provide. Stay safe on the road and keep up the great and wonderful job of taking us along on all your awesomely fun adventures.

Hi there! Thank you so much for the kind words. So glad you found us and are enjoying our videos! 🥰🙌 In regards to filming at NPs, there isn't one blanket commercial license (we wish!) rather you must apply for a film & photography permit at each individual park. It's a labor intensive process if you're filming at 51 like us 😅 but overall it's a smooth process. Each park has slightly different rules, lead times and fees which should be listed on their website. For example, some parks require the application to be submitted 6 weeks in advance while others require 10 business days to review. The application fees vary from around $100-$400 depending on the park as well. Hope that helps clarify! We've gone through the process with over a dozen parks now so happy to answer any other questions we can! 🙂 -Katelyn

Joe, I haven't seen the specific video, but it is true that commercial filming (which includes monetized KZread and TikTok channels) requires at least applying for a permit. Some parks have already replied to our applications indicating that no permit is needed for our specific application and activity, but it is still important for everyone commercially filming to follow the new rules and apply every time (the parks who indicated no permit required did not ultimately charge us the application fee, either). Thanks for watching! -Howard
