WOW!You should go into business helping others renovate their RVs. We just went to an RV show in Tampa and didn't see anything we liked as much as this. I'm mystified why RV makers continue to churn out the same colors when every renovation we see is a light color scheme, more clean uncluttered and "house" like. Great job. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for your kind words. I think there is still the "Cabin in the woods" motif associated with camping, and of course, many of those companies have long-term relationships with those suppliers. I agree that the trend today is to make it feel like home.

This is the nicest renovation I have seen. The dinette in the old bunkhouse is pure genius. Great job.

You really lightened up your RV by painting cupboards. Why don't the manufacturers get it--people like their RVs to look like their homes. They need to STOP the brown theme!

Super nice job! We had a 5th wheel and did something similar as far as taking all the generic furniture and wallpaper and such and added our own furnishings and really made it home. Unfortunately a tornado wiped it out. No one was in it, THANK GOD! I miss it! I hope you are busy making wonderful memories in yours!

Everything turned out lovely! I'm wanting to update our 35 ft. Class A, and I'm getting close to convincing hubby we need to have the couch reupholstered. I have a feeling that it will be more expensive than purchasing a new one, but it has "great bones" and is very comfortable and well built. Thank you for the inspiration!

Thank you so much! It was fun and not too complicated. It is just a confined space which adds time and effort. Make sure you have a plan before you start. I recommend doing all of your priming and painting before you do any other finish work to keep it open and prevent creating a mess!

This vlog is great! You gave great suggestions with both TV walls in main space and in the bedroom! My BF has a 5th wheel with similar wood & upholstery trims as your Before pictures and he’s looking to update the TV wall. I would to update a few more things too.

I’ve turned every home I’ve ever bought into a white canvas - such a bright space to re-make everything new again! I’m looking hard for an RV now but am going to buy a used one since it’s my first one - I’ll be on the road full time in 17 months when I retire. A remodel would be a perfect way to spend the next year-thanks for the inspiration! Your’s is beautiful!
