I can help you with that, it is a coil winding machine, rewinding motors, we had more modern winding machines, motors in industrial settings were rewound , but today most motors are replaced these days unless they are special

Any body know what rust does to screws one spray of anything don't work or the screw brakes so these videos are a joke but ok to watch

Normally on videos with rusty parts like this one they soak the parts in rust remover and do the whole process of cleaning the metal you only use a magic screwdriver and wire brush
