RUST FREE Cars Sitting! Over 5,000 Old Cars! Western Rust Free Cars Junkyard Tour Pt. 2!!
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Last week we saw part 1 from this huge classic car junkyard, and today's video is the remaining sections of this junkyard. Most all of the cars and trucks here have 0 rust or very little rust, and most could be put back on the road if you can find all the missing parts. Not many yards like this still exist with fixable cars and good clean sheet metal, but that makes it all more fun when you stumble across a place like this!

That 59 Dodge Spectator wagon doesn't have the quarter lopped off. That is actually where the spare tire goes and it's missing the cover for it.

I love the patina fad, but not necessarily clear coated.

The wagon at 16:30 is a 62 Dodge Custom 880. 62 -64 Custom 880's of any body style are very rare.

thanks for the insight!
Best part of patina is gives people reason to save old cars for the budget minded. A patina car can have body work completed and painted in the future.

Another great junk yard walk. Cars and truck of all makes and models. The patina looks great on the car. It shows great age on the car.

I like the patina but on a build I like to see the interior dash, door jambs panted surfaces under the hood and engine compartment and trunk area all painted if as new. Leave the patina on the surface of the exterior.

I love good patina cars. I have owned super nice cars that have been featured in magazines and I actually prefer owning a little bit rougher car. Don't get me wrong, I love a nicely restored car as well, but it's less stress having a car with some flaws. I drive a 1969 Dodge Super Bee that is an original paint patina car. I pulled it from a barn a little over a decade ago where it sat for 26 years. I spent a year going through the entire car to make everything work and to make it reliable, but left the old original paint. I just drive it and don't have to worry about door dings or scratches. Keep 'em Up-N-Runnin!!!
Excellent yard Ryan Some nice Projects
Oh, right. Out west here.

Love the patina
I love your videos. You never mention any of the Cadillacs you pass by. I saw a ‘64 and a ‘77. Made me happy. It’s ok if you’re just not a Cadillac guy. Looking forward to that ‘63 wagon update.

At 10:00, something not original on the tailgate. It's a 59 Dodge. I thought it might be a Canadian model, but a Canadian 59 Desoto looks like a 59 U S Plymouth with a DeSoto front clip. I'm guessing someone replaced the widow control.
Don't cut down my dream car!!!! 1961 Dodge dart!!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing thank you.
I need a driver's side window track front door and three plastic clips that snap into the holes in the window. It's a 4 door 1987 Buick LeSabre
I totally agree with keeping the patina look it shows character & history.strengthen & upgrade everything underneath etc. Greetings again from sth Australia 🇦🇺 👍
Depends on the car and the condition/extent of the patina. Some deserve to be painted and some deserve patina. I like them both!!!!
I would be psyched to get it also
Love all those old cars and trucks😊

That 60 Pontiac is awesome
I love these junkyard tours. But I dont go for the patina look. A good paint and body job is what the cars deserve, and it makes them look so much better.
Patina.... well, it depends on how severe it is. If most of the paint is still there but where an arm rests and some thin here and there, maybe, but I would buff & polish it as best as I could. Now if it's totally ragged out, nope, I'm gonna paint it, pretty much back to original. ❤
Good to see you’re learning to recognize the year models of the older cars now. Thanks for the tour. Well done👍

I love the patina. I don’t necessarily like it with a gloss clear coat on it. The look better with a flat or Matt clear coat on them. But now a days you have the wipe on protectant products. Or you can use Boild linseed oil and mineral spirits.
Where I’m from patina usually equals lots of rust. But I don’t mind, patina or restored, as long as people drive them. Stay away from the snakes.
The patina / sun-baked thing is attractive on some vehicles and does add a certain amount of character. I like the result of some fine sanding and using the "shine juice" on it to give it a slight sheen and a bit of protection. Also, it works great to create a "sleeper" image for street rods ! Interiors are a different story. I love the smell of a new car and a comfortable seat for the driver and passengers is a must have !

All I can think of as your walking is rattle snake. Every time you walk in the tall weeds I’m saying to myself no don’t go in there lol. I’m not a huge fan of patina I’m all about factory colours and I have no problem driving it in the rain. Just very slow trips on gravel and dust.

Can you say what a complete 62 impala 2 dr hard top will sell for in this yard? I saw two of them in this video. Thanks
Executive was the top of the line, (1965 to 1970).
On the 56 Dodge, that may be a Custom Royal. Can't make out the name on the rear 1/4.
OK thxxx

65 Impala I like
As for the patina factor. I love original cars, bad paint or not. But what I don't like is "FAKE PATINA". When someone fakes the look because it's the current thing. It's different if you're repairing body damage and you're blending it in.

Does this guy have any 1970-71 Ford Torino’s? I’m looking for a donor car. I think there was a green one @8:21. But I couldn’t get a good look at it.
@16:37 63-64 dodge 880 4dr ht wagon some where ordered with a 4speed @7:26 think the white car is a Opel/pontiac la mans 86? maybe made in Korea gm owned part of dihatsu
Patina is cool if it is done correctly with original paint and natural ageing not made to look like it.
I'm one of the ones that like to see them painted, you dont have to put a 10 or 20 thousand paint job to make them look good. I'm in Indianapolis how long would it take me to get there? I'm needing some parts for a 61 four door 6 window Cadillac. I'd appreciate any information you could give me. Hope you fix the wagon and get it back on the road. Thanks for the videos
Could use Jimmy parts, full size of course.
What state are you in wood like to go there and get some stuff for my project I'm working on
Ford van I could use.
Would love to find a '67 Oldsmobile 98
I think if your putting in the time and money make it look as good as you can. Original or souped up is the way to go in my opinion.

i agree but some people cant afford a paint job
If i ever plan on putting one of them old cars back on the road its getting a fresh coat of paint
Where is this at? The only big junk yard that i know of is L@L in wendell Idaho.
Patina just means too cheap or lazy to do it right. Detroit doesn't ship faded and/or rusty.
@IowaClassicCars

i wouldnt say lazy is a fair term
3"17. 67 Pontiac on the left 68 on the right
16:36 is a 62 Dodge wagon
17:21 is a 56 Dodge. A 56 DeSoto is much larger.
I could use parts off of the thunder bird for Dad
I yust love this mega yards, we do not have this i Denmark. PATINA is the word, never restore if not nessasary, it is only originan once. Yours Mads from Denmark.
