I've been watching WSM competitions for over a decade and I don't think I have ever seen Mikhail Shivlyakov deadlift and not bleed atleast a little.

say what you wanna say about Vlad’s 525kg raw squat, it’s definitely the most impressive squat I’ve ever seen (possible exception of Ray Williams 490kg in sleeves).

The Russian raw ROM might be less but the Russian equipped ROM puts America to shame

Michael, the equipped scene in America is pretty pathetic. They don't hold much of a standard for depth, so there's guys quarter squatting in competition and it's not called. West Side Barbell dudes/comps are the worst offenders.
