Actually the Ukrainians are going on the offensive and pushing the Russians back. Kyiev is still being defended which is a major factor. And Ukraine opened up a spot in the middle of Russian occupied zones. If they break through the lines all they have to do is push back and maybe they can even counter by invading moscow. It’s not impossible. The death of Putin would put an end to this Russian pretend war.

Russian forces is about to close Donbass and there is a huge number of Ukrainian forces.

. Another thing overlooked by the west is that Ukraine seemed to have lost it's avionics/long range offensive asset. Lemme tell you why 1. Their leadership demanded a no fly zone knowing full well it's implications(thermonuclear ww3) 2. They are unable to engage the russian column or even spot it( private satellite spotted and reported it) 3. Cherinhiv city garrison reported bellarusian army crossing the border and bypassing the city. They see these forces but they can only report and unable to respond or even oppose it. It seems that they are THAT isolated TLDR . Do not underestimate the russians. Im a filipino and the country had 2 modern day sieges against insurgents that lasted months. The russians taking kherson in 7 days against the professional ukranian army is not fast, it's SCARY fast.

I agree. I feel like everyone misunderstands just how long wars actually are. Ukraine is the second biggest country in Europe, and countries like France took over a month to fall to the German Army in WW2. For the advances they had and the fact they threatened Kyiv with the limited forces they had was astoundingly fast. I have to admit that the Russians are losing momentum though due to bad logistics, and it’ll probably go downhill from here since the sanctions are really hurting Russia.

Distribution of Ukrain battalions looks inaccurate. There much of them near Donetsk\Luhansk. Much more than in other places. Because near Luhansk\Donetsk the war is going already 8 years, and there concentrated most of Ukrain army. At least most of heavy weapons.

Of course there are some losses, but it`s clear that Russian army is bigger, it`s hard to restrain those ammounts of troops. But every single day of war makes russian army harder to go further. Russia has lost the advantage of instantaneity and unexpectedness and now it`s a matter of time to throw back Russian forces as it was done near the Kyiv. So I can`t say that Ukraine is losing, but also it doesn`t win. Much depends on the internal situation in Russia.

Hey mate! Next time can you do a video called showing each European and Middle Eastern countries closest relatives or relative (as in family/by blood)? Also, I hope Ukraine and the russians that don't wanna be involved stay strong 🇷🇴❤️🇺🇦🇷🇺 I stand with Ukraine, but I think peace is the best option.

Russia has only used a third of its forces and hardware so far that were allotted for this operation. As a whole it has only allotted 50% of its total military on this necessary and justified campaign. This is only beginning

I always known that Russians had best tactics on tactical level(divisional, battalion and company tactics) but this is amazing from military standpoint, the whole of push towards of kiev was deliberately conducted to force Ukrainian Army to rush to defend Kiev and other big cities leaving Eastern and northern army groups stuck in their positions, the way this is going in next 10 days we will witness biggest army encirclements since Voronjez, operation Uranus and such.

Significant achievement nonetheless I would say. Remember, When US invaded Iraq? Iraq didn't get any military help prior to the invasion nor any Intel or weapons from one of the strongest militaries. Moreover their economy was already crippling and the military suffering from budget or maintaining the weapons thanks to the sanctions by US for a long time. The Iraqi govt was really weak at the time of when US invaded it. Do you recall how reckless the Iraq invasion was? US didn't show any mercy to the civilians and bombed cities after cities just to take down the govt. Yet it took them week before the capital fell. Compared to that! I would say the russians are doing pretty clean job fighting a stronger foe (who has West's full support) with minimal civilian casualties.

Counter attacking is a bit of a strong word, more like going back to the positions russians dont occupy anymore, as you can see north, they encircled a good chunk of the defenders, meanwhile south east, if all goes as predicted the ukrainian forces in donbas will be encircled. Then they either surrender or try a breakthrough. Because there goes 70% of the ukrainian professional army.

@@overlord4404 The air is absolutely Russian. They couldn't move anywhere. If they try to get out of their fortifications, they will have to stretch out along the roads in huge columns. And then this army will turn into a treat for aviation.

If someone hasn't figured it out already. It is not Kiyev's priority here, but the Black Sea coast. Kiyev will come later. Attention is diverted to Kiyev, and the main strikes are on the shores of the Black Sea

There is some useful information for you guys from some russian soldier perspective. My mum called her 3 ex students that are now conscript in russian army and they got moved to Ukraine border. So we asked them a few questions: -Real casualties.They say that casualties is more then Russia says but surely not that big as Ukraine says - They say not the whole army that prepared for this operation is in use more are coming - Soldiers that are in Ukraine right now 100% contract army soldiers but they said they might use conscript soldier after Ukraine take over or to help in already taken lands - Overall army is in good mood they say that operation going fast and its 100% russian side win - They say that in a front of russian offensive is skilled specialists but in back with supply and engineer colones they are most likely using young not experienced contract soldiers They are staying on the boarder of East Ukraine right now

Yup, Russia is waiting to see what the negotioations will bring also for reinforcements, that has been the case almost every day there were negotiations Russians stopped took a breath lost some territories and tomorrow will again be on full offensive. Its nice that Ukraine is putting up resistance, but im afraid it wont last much longer since it was said that main forces of RF are on their way (at least they were in Kiev). Ukrainian forces are already on the retreat in most of Eastern Ukraine, just yesterday 6 T-64s were captured, many in working conditions but with their tracks blown off.

@@thatguy-pz3tf If you honestly think that, you don't understand the global political climate at all. Poland is a member of NATO and the EU. Every other member of NATO and the EU are by treaty, required to come to polands aid if that happens. Ukraine, despite attempting to join both the EU and NATO was not able to do so before being invaded, Hence why there is no outright support from the west for ukraine.

Sad thing is,they cant afford that. If they move in troops to the east they risk of having their men and equipment bombed on the way (both of which they cannot afford to lose any of), and they would also be faced with the prospect that Russia might invade and takeover Kiev since part of its defesne has been moved to the east Russia is absolutely dominating the field right now,sooner or later,if the situation does not stabilize, its possible that the entire eastern Ukraine will fall in Russian hands quite easily
