Russia labour shortage: 600,000 workers needed to fill vacancies
The war is causing labour shortages in Russia.
Last year’s mass mobilisation affected 300,000 people.
Nearly a million more Russians escaped abroad.
Now officials say they need at least 600,000 workers to fill the gap.

There is more demand for local products thus needing more workers. Imports have declined significantly especially from the west. Plus some people joined military while others left the country in the early days of war.
These young men surly will construct some stuff. Like for example trenches in Donbas.

Состав населения России, это более 80% составляют русские по национальности и лишь остальные другие национальности. Именно в этом и кроется причина распада СССР, поскольку в его состав входили национальные республики и русские в составе СССР составляли чуть более 50%. Labour shortage during war is normal. May be more women can join the work force. They can also get some temporary workers from China.

Нехватка рабочей силы не связано с проведением Россией специальной военной операцией...! И вообще речь не о нехватке рабочей силы как таковой, а о нехватке высококвалифицированных рабочих! Вызвано это тем, что в 90х годах, с разрушением экономики России, была разрушена и система профессионального обучения,призванная готовить высококвалифицированных рабочих специалистов. Сейчас, эту проблему решают.
