I think recently I've identified with Russ' character and music a little bit more, this interview was definitely a great one. I'm excited for the possibility of Russ getting bigger and making better music, he seems to be a pretty consistent voice now that the hate wave for him has died down. I plan to go back and check out some of his chomp stuff and other albums, the new song with Ed Sheeran was pretty fire too which I never expected.

I'm not the biggest fan of the man's music myself (although he has some bangers for sure) but he's pretty damn big already and has been for a number of years. And when it comes to consistency he's maybe the most consistent hip hop artist out there, he's been putting out a steady stream of projects for well over a decade at this point and while his skill has definitely improved over the years, he's always put out quality music.

the more interviews Anthony does, the more fans these guys get. Thank you for using your platform to its fullest for some of these guys, like i personally like a few of Russ' songs, but i didn't like his persona online. seeing how he acted with you kinda made me realize how different an artist can be through behind a screen and through live thoughts.

Surpised he would even talk to you after all your negative reviews of his work

This interview honestly changed the way I see Russ. Seems like a really chill dude. His overconfident nature annoyed me in his early career but glad he’s doing his thing, and I think more people should be proud of themselves. Great interview.

37:39 From this point on was a very valuable part of an interview in my opinion and I really respect Russ for the answers he gives because he gave me more perspective and awareness around how much work regardless of the industry you have to put out to even be considered succeeding in something.

Russ has done so much for the people that support him, that people will never know about. He gives back in major ways. He has a better mindset now than compared to 2015/16 and growth is important to recognize. Russ is an overall amazing artist/person.

Good stuff! I'm not a huge fan of Russ but I've actually listened to some of his songs (one album in particular, can't remember the name). I dig his music (some of it). And his personality is quite likeable/relatable.

I'm not even a russ fan but this is a really good interview. Russ seems like a cool dude.

To be honest, he has some really good songs, it’s just his personality and the way he presents himself that turns me off at times

I understand the timeless on a different level songs like 1999 and Losing Control will be songs people heard in the past with beautiful lyrics and decent beats. The timespan of being young doesn't attach to some Russ songs like Cherry Hill. I heard it at first being 16... I'm 24 now and grew to love the song for what it is.

Man the Intro was some of the most Mature convo I heard on the Internet in a loooong while. Cool, cool, cool.

i kinda forgot about russ tbh, but this interview makes me wanna check out some of his newer shit and give him a second chance. he's way chiller than i remember

Absolutely loved this interview it didn’t need to be the Oliver Tree one I got to c the other side of Russ- the cool 29 year old it was juss great. Juss two Italiano’s have a conversation very sano.💯

Its a bit corny, but Russ's book Its All In Your Head helped me a lot during a time where I was really feeling down about motivation. I don't think I'm at where Russ is at mentally yet, but I've been going in that direction gradually, and hearing this interview reminded me of that. Really loved this interview.

This isn’t a joke or anything. Russ is probably legitately the most successful artists he’s interviewed before. Russ has more plaques and sales than probably any one fantanos done before including logic and some og artists.

He reached the top so fast that nothing will be better and people will leave. Russ has always been on a steady rise year after year and is far more versatile and talented in many aspects over someone like Lil Nas X .
