Out of all of the Queens on Drag Race, Alyssa Edwards, in my opinion was one of the more memorable contestants. She made more of an impression than some of the winners.

Talking of flamboyant little boys....my daughter is 7 and her best friend at school is one of those flamboyant little boys...and it's SO beautiful that nobody judges him or says a thing when he comes to school with some sparkly hair slides and a skirt over his jeans. His parents let him do as he wants and he is who he is...there's never been a time like this and thank God it's here at last.

SIyDoll OMG that is so beautiful, if I ever wore a skirt to school, I would be bullied like crazy, so I'm just open about my sexuality I don't go all out, but when I'm at my house, MY INNER QUEEN COMES OUT, I'm just lucky that I don't get any shit about being gay so I'm grateful for that.

miss alyssa is the mentor and role model that everyone needs. still so positive, so happy, so humble, so poised and elegant despite adversity. she's always learning and i love how she teaches this to her kids/dancers.

I can’t believe this is 7 yrs old. Ru should have continued the “talking with queens on cars” theme.

You easily forget how little of the girls' personalities you see on the show. With all the editing, you're lucky to hear more than two (awkwardly patched together) sentences from them at a time. Seeing this little exchange does confirm that Alyssa is indeed larger-than-life and deliciously campy (as seen on TV), but it also showed a more articulate, self-aware side that I didn't think existed. Brava to this series!

I love the fact Alyssa made Ru laugh 😂 she is so funny.

I haven't seen all of the seasons, but I've seen most of them, and hands down, Alyssa is one of the top shining stars, IMNSHO. She was so entertaining in the confessional, and I love all of her Alyssa-isms! When she was insecure, my heart went out to her. I know how to sing and I wanted to help her so bad! I've not learned acting, but I've learned voice acting, and I wanted to help her then, as well. She was poised, a perfectionist. GORGEOUS!!, a talented dancer, a FIERCE performer, and I appreciated that when she messed up on a challenge, she owned it and didn't make excuses to the judges. I also loved that she congratulated Coco Montrese while sashaying away. Class.

Even rupauls car isn't perfect...I love when celebrities are normal people who just say "eff it; I'm just gonna live with a janky door handle..." Just awesome...

Alyssa is so inspiring.

Alyssa is a great "passenger". A nod to Luby's Cafeteria!! We is from TEXAS ya'll lol.

If I had to pick one personality that gives me life, its Alyssa Edwards. I'm from Washington D.C but I've lived many years in the Midwest, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado. I know how hard it may have been for Alyssa and the wonderful queens. I'm so grateful because they were the people, that kept the gay community together and alive. So many towns didn't have gay bars and many times I had to drive a 100 miles just to get to a gay bar, just to feel welcomed and inspired. Thank you Alyssa for the many lives that you have touched and always keep your head up.
