Lately I've been thinking about all the people in 2022 just now discovering the greatness of Kate Bush and it makes me almost jealous because I remember when I first discovered her back when I was a teenager in the late 90's and early 2000's and hearing her music for the first time was such a high and it was unlike anything I'd ever heard before which blew me away! The Dreaming was the first album of hers I bought and it's still my favorite of hers! Great cover of this song Richie! You killed it!

I've known who Kate Bush was since high school. My chorus teacher he would sang Wuthering Heights during class one day.

Realph If you don't listen to rock, you're also missing out on some great Kate Bush numbers which were originally played as rock "Violin" "Rocket's Tail" "Love And Anger" "James And The Cold Gun" (Live) "Don't Push Your Foot On The Heart Brake" "Big Stripey Lie" "Aerial". Guitarists like Dave Gilmour, Alan Murphy (ex Alan Parsons Project) Kate's husband Danny McIntosh can shred. She's not all synth pop and piano ballads.

I heard this song first when Meg Meyers covered it, its an absolutely amazing song but I LOVE the heavier tones to it over the lighter original version. It fits the vibe much better imo. This is great. I thought I couldnt love a cover more than the meg meyers or placebo covers, but this is probably my favorite I have seen so far. I know its supposed to be about love but I think the concept of death/saving someone fits SO much better as well.
