I'm a recovering addict as well. This movie is one of my go to movies to stay sober. Check out the movie Remember the Goal. It's another great one to keep you motivated 😊. And just so you know, I'm proud of you for getting sober. I know how hard it is. Keep it up. JESUS has your back!!

God is with Us, always. Stay strong in His strength, for He is strong when we are weak. God often leads me back to Psalm 46 and I have so often found it uplifting. I feel as if this Psalm contains the very essence of God, for there are so many scriptural references that lead you back to it. And that which it expresses is found throughout the scriptures. God never asks of you more than you are able and He always provides you with the tools and the ability to do whatever He asks of you. Moses didn't want to be the one who led Gods people out of Egypt. He was no longer the rash young man who murdered the Egyptian. Now he felt he was unable to do that which God wanted him to do. And with each reason that Moses brought up, God brushed it aside. God didn't send Moses back into Egypt without provision. God provided Moses with a voice. For Aaron would speak in his stead. God provides us with all our needs. Just as it was in the beginning, God created all things for the benefit of man. And when all was ready, then he created man. As on earth, Christ prepared the way for those who would believe to follow after Him. To God be the glory, always and ever. Never fear, God is always near. Take Care. May God grant you every blessing, one day at a time. JDC

Just finished reading about Joseph in my Bible reading. This fits very well with that, and I am going to suggest this tp my Bible study group--in fact we may watch it together--because there are parallels to the life of Joseph.

I would of died at a young age if it wasn't for an angel of the Lord who just happened to be in the right place at the right time. I ran into a dumpster big and green and cut my chin severely. He was there to hold it together until the ambulance arrived.
