Rather than green stuff-stuffing the expanded holes have you considered sprue-gooing them? Sprue goo, for those who don't know is a mix of cut up sprue plastic dumped into a a half-empty bottle Tamiya cement then left overnight to turn into a goopy gravy that you can apply to plastic models to cover gaps and seams with the Tamiya bottle's brush. While the goo can shrink a bit when it dries (depending on your mix ratio and thickness of application) it does give you a far stronger bond than say green stuff or green stuff and superglue, or even just superglue and allows for some maneuvering while it dries.

the winged prime was really easy to repose for me. i was able to make a winged prime that has its wings posed facing out and up more like the winged hive tyrant instead of the wings facing down and being wrapped around itself.

That is certainly a more active pose. Almost lunging to clasp something with the claws. The rattle is just the rasping plates that energised the bio-plasma 💥💥💥

Huh, I did something similar, conversion was mainly in the legs. Cut off the hip piece off the left leg and angled it closer to the other leg (I also cut the base off) for a straight run look. Really cool what you did for the arms though, didn't think of that.

Fantastic :) I am in a similar situation with 2 leviathan tyranid halves so looking for some new poses! Have to say I dislike the screamer killer overall, thinking of converting into a carnifex or just selling on though....

Well you could just say he was a normal Carnifex, but conversions are fun so I'd recommend doing that 😎😁

cool repose. im hoping the screamer-killer comes down in points though because at 180 points im having a hard time justifying taking more than one in a list. theyre fairly overcosted so taking two or three gets very inefficient on points. its basically just a run one for fun unit right now.

This looks great - TBH I prefer it to the original pose. I've just painted mine up, but im wondering whether to redo the foot like you have to have him/it running rather than just standing there, or whether it wont look as good with the arms in the original pose

Thanks, glad you like him, he'd probably still look good with the arms in the original position, you should be able to tilt him to see if you like it before you cut anything
