Running My First Half Marathon: 13.1 miles
I ran my first half marathon (13.1) miles. I started distance running in 2020 as an outlet because gyms were closed due to the pandemic. I remember being so excited the first time I ran 4 miles, then 5, then 6... I never imagined I would run for 13.1 miles. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it! Next up- A FULL MARATHON!

I lost my relationship of 5 years to my stubborn ways and not being receptive of what she was telling me. Since then I started running my self. Hitting the treadmill 5-6 days a week and going from 294 pounds to 204 pounds. I’m determined to run a half marathon and your video is so inspiring. You are amazing. Keep doing your thing.
