Running changed my life

Finding your sense of purpose is life-changing. Is running my purpose? No, of course not! Although, when I grew tired of self-abandonment and a lack of knowing where my life was headed, running was a sport that allowed me to take back control, to better myself and to make a start on pursuing my sense of purpose. Maybe my purpose is trying to empower others or to just simply be the best man I can possibly be.
In any case, running helps me pursue self-betterment every single day! So too does cycling and triathlon, but note: "the moment I thought, this isn't good enough, I need more from life; that's the moment I decided to go for a run". I will always advocate for running, endurance sports and anything kind of activity that induces physical and emotional growth. Don't wait! Go for the workout!

Great story bro. in 2021 i had the first dose of the PHIZER vaccine and it gave me a severe brain injury and the medication made me gain 28kg. i was young and into my athletics and then i was fat and ugly and lost all hope. but now ive managed to get back to 73kg and love distance running.

Bro my story pales in comparison with what you have been through - you are living proof that there is a way back to a better life. It makes me sad to hear ‘fat and ugly’ - you were fighting and surviving and that represents strength in its purest form to me mate. Thank you for sharing and for watching dude 🙏🏻🙏🏻

100% man, love this video format, just hearing the journey and the grind, love it. Saw you running in centennial the other day, you seemed in the zone so I didn't want to interrupt but seeing your vids, especially the runs you filmed in Sydney and Aus inspired me to become more serious about my running. your video running the city to surf gave me the push to sign up, really excited. anyways, love your raw content and thoughts. keep it up

Maaaate this is the best comment to read ever! Thanks so much! Hearing that is truly a mission accomplished moment for me as the intent was always to inspire people to give these sports a crack 🙏🏻 You will boss C2S I'm sure and I hope you continue to enjoy your running. If you can find a love for the sport and use it as a mindfulness and wellness practice in your weekly routine, results will be a by-product! Thanks again for following my journey and don't be a stranger 🤙🏻

Hi Felix, thanks for sharing your story and these beautiful trails! I loved your Annecy video too. I went there once on vacation, but now I want to go back there to bike and run around the lake... maybe even do a triathlon. Quick question: are you still using the DJI Osmo or is this a GoPro?

Mate thank you for taking time to hear it! Annecy was a real treat and glad you enjoyed it too… I was actually thinking the whole time this is a triathletes summer dream! The water was pristine and the running and riding takes some beating. Mate I am still using my trusty DJI and my iPhone 14 for b-roll stuff occasionally!
