    Glad you made it home safe! Sucks to get a flat on your first real ride! Thanks to you I've learned to wear a helmet and now I'm going to carry some needle nose pliers! I'm still convinced my Max G2 was a good choice for daily commuting for work. Anything beyond 22 mph seems extremely dangerous....that wobble during your video was scary!

    That's awesome, and yeah the speed wobble was definitely scary and im glad that i was able to keep my hands firmly in the handlebar grip during that speed test. The MAX G2 is still a great choice to me as well.

    Brother absolutely fantastic video. I purchased and returned an RS for the same reasons that you're having with the shakes. All I could do is go right to left going down the street wouldn't stay straight at full speed. Tried using that dampener but doesn't work for me enough

    I will, im making my self a tire repair tool bag to take with me. I just need a small portable electric air pump to fill the tire back with air should i get another flat.

    Wow, that flat came right after your top speed run. Thankfully it happened afterwards and not during the speed run. As for the GPS data, the one time I considered putting GoPro speed data on a video, it said my G2 was going 338mph 😂. Great video! I grew up in San Jose up north and it appears the road conditions are about the same LOL.

    Yeah they are. 😅 and 338Mph? Hahahaha wow it seems these GPS Devices dont work too well. Im grateful too that this flat didnt happen while i did that speed test. That would have been very bad and guaranteed another accident.

In a little bit period go slow and be careful. But Brother the r s has a issue with this daring damper. In the video yours was squeaking Ginger's was squeaking also. So when I got mine brand new mine wasn't squeaking? And I had no steering damper whatsoever. My scooter was going side aside

    Hi, unfortunately no. I only have some images i loaded up here under the community tab. The rear camera i installed was mounted with a custom bracket i made for it out of 1/8" thick Abs and folded into an (L) shape to get the camera to stay with the original reflective mount from the scooter.

    It was out of stock at the time, and the customer service was very poor, with zero communication with them, so i went with Inmotion. I dont regret my choice, but it doesn't mean i would want to have a GX3 in the future. The GX3 is way smoother than this RS and has a much plushier suspension, but the range is way lower than what the RS can give me.

    Have you had any issues with any head play.. the main front steering head ... I saw one yesterday with that issue.. Also that machine had a controller issue fault and the shop was going to get some parts from Immotion. Is there anything that is wearing from use that you have noticed?

  • @THEAVERAGEGUY1983

    @THEAVERAGEGUY1983

    Hi, Michael i apologize for barely noticing your comment. To answer your question, i have only had 3 issues. 1. The smart charger only wants to charge the scooter when it's at 80% or below so if i have it at 90% the charger believes that the scooter is still at 100% so it wont charge at all till its down to 80% or below. 2. the app crashes/ freezes a lot, so it makes it hard to get accurate battery percentage reading when using the app and riding around the city, especially when wanting to do a range test. 3. The steering damper still feels a bit on the loose side even though its tighten all the way so i still get some speed wobble at high speeds of 52Mph or higher on the display but its nowhere near as bad as it was in the video but still a concern to me but was told of a small mod to do to make it better which ive yet to try. But i haven't had any other issue like what you mentioned. 😁🙏

    @jadenweaver7529 yeah at the time i didn't know that these tires were not self healing. I installed some now though so i shouldn't have much trouble with small nails and screws. I still question whether i would still get a pretty bad flat with a 1/4" screw the size of this one but only time will tell and of course i would let all of you guys know about it so we can all think together and give each other options and tips on what we could use to prevent stuff like that from happening again. 😎👊

    So far, going between speed 2, which is 40, and speed 4, which i got like 54Mph for that brief moment. I got my scooter down to 60% and did about 20 miles, so that's not bad at all. Once i got home, i tightened up the steering damper more to reduce speed wobble and will be fixing the tire as soon as i get the patches i need for it, which i ordered through amazon. I will do a range test in eco mode (Speed 1) which goes up to 20Moh and drive mode (Speed 2) which goes to 40Mph and give a legit range test till the battery goes down to like 10% 😎👊 but so far, man this is a awesome scooter and i feel Spoiled in speed vs my GT1 which now feels slow to me lol

  • @THEAVERAGEGUY1983

    @THEAVERAGEGUY1983

    4 ай бұрын

    It definitely is. When it comes to the RS Lite it really depends how much range you need for your use. The RS on this video has Two 2000 watt Nominal motors and a 40 Amp hour battery. The RS lite has Two 1500 watt Nominal motors and a 30 Amp hour battery. On this RS i was able yo get 60 miles of range in Gear 1 which goes to 19 miles per hour from 100% battery down to 10% battery. That is some good range considering that im a BIG dude at 287Lbs so if your lighter than me you can get more range out of this thing. Im just not sure how different the RS Lite is going to be. Its also not as fast as this one but this thing is dangerously fast on gear 4 and i personally would stick to Gear 2 which goes to 38Mph for daily riding.

    Dont ride with traffic. The car drivers actually dont like it, because they know you dont have insurance. Ride it in the bike lane. They're thinking in their mind: who is this guy the nerve to ride an unregistered vehicle with no insurance.

    Well, there aren't always bike lanes, and car drivers need to learn to share the road. As for insurance, i agree, im still trying to find a company that will insure me, but i keep being told that it isn't LAW yet, so they can't help me. Though i did test out how fast i can go on this scooter in the video i always ride carefully and always remain in the right lane unless i have to make a left turn. Thank for your comment though. Its greatly appreciated.
