Yesterday I was on a plane at night and the moon was so bright and the stars were so cool. As we moved along, the clouds covered the moon and I was listening to another chillstep mix. A very special moment.

I’m going to see my aunt with cancer today and the first song is tooooo relevant. Thank you mixhound for giving me the strength to face this horrible disease and give encouragement to my loved ones!

This is a beautiful combination of sadness and a journey through life’s questions.. the tempo is perfect and the beast are euphoric and soothing! Every now and then we come across a tree that stands out or taller then the rest. When we stumble randomly into a unique tee we can’t help but fall trance to its unique differences from all the others . This song makes a spirited soul be free in its world to disengage from life’s strife and sorrows.. it’s as if it almost allows us to break through the veil between us and the universe giving us the privilege to be able to connect with our truest self and flow in that interstellar experience.. if only for a few short few minutes I have felt peaceful, more relaxed and balanced. this has brought me to a clear state of consciousness and I thank you for that 🤙

I know saying "we" kind of makes me sound entitled, because it's MixHound and all these wonderful producers who did all the work, but I say we because this is the type of community I want to be part of. This is the type of music I want to work to, study to, eat to, sleep to. There's no hate here, no judging, no fighting over which band is better or what "real music" is or something, all this is is just relax... chill.....

Beautiful mix as always mixhound, you never fail to put a smile on my face sorry for no stories lately, college has started up and I had o get back into a rhythm. Now please enjoy, if you liked it comment if you didn't give me suggestions in the comments I am always open to conversation. She set her camera to long exposure before she pressed the button she took a moment to feel the water rushing past her ankles and to breath in the cool autumn air, the water was cool against her warm skin. The night began to fall and then the stars came out, she couldn't help but smile. Her brother always used to sit out on the trampoline at night back home and just stare at the stars. She remembered the day they got the knock on the door saying he was had been killed saveing four of his squad mates over in Iraq. He always used to say just before he left for somewhere "As long as you can see the stars, I will be there because just maybe we are looking at the same star at the same time, and you will feel me beside you as if I am standing right next to you." She could almost feel his strong hand on her shoulder. She could see his smile that could light up a room. The day he joined the army was a happy day for us he had always wanted to go and defend those who could not defend themselves. She pressed the button to begin the exposure, and she stepped out of the stream. She sat down on its bank and waited she looked up and saw a see-through blue figure in army gear looking away from her toward the sunset. The figure turned and realized it was her brother. He was there smiling as if he had just some home from his first tour. "Jason?" The figure said nothing and it began to walk toward her soon it was in front of her he sat down next to her and put his arm around her shoulder it was as if he was there she could feel the coarseness of his clothes and the warmth of his touch against her skin. "As long as you can see the stars, I will be there because just maybe we are looking at the same star at the same time, and you will feel me beside you as if I am standing right next to you." He said still looking at the sunset before them. She began to cry silently, he simply wiped the tears from her face and smiled a great big smile that made her stop crying. Suddenly he awoke to find that she had fallen asleep. She ran over to her camera that precariously placed on a rock and check the picture there in the foreground of her picture was a ghostly blue figure standing on the edge of the small waterfall staring at the sky. She flipped through the last couple of pictures and found the one she cherished the most it was selfie style picture with her brother they were both smiling. She held the camera close and looked up at the stars and remembered his words "As long as you can see the stars, I will be there because just maybe we are looking at the same star at the same time, and you will feel me beside you as if I am standing right next to you."
