Beautiful voice, how could anyone not like this. Her voice sound so deep in tone to me, not mannish though, and I liked it. ❤️🤘🇦🇺

I can't understand everytime the discussion about the cover is better or the original is better. It is always a personal feeling and nobody is wrong or right. I'm totally happy that Daneliya isn't doing only one to one covers or simple copies of songs. She always interpret the songs in her own way. She is inetelligent enough an know that it is nearly impossible to copy some arstist one to one and for sure Aurora is one of them. But this is also not what Daneliya Fans want, they don't want an Aurora or Sia copy, they want Daneliya. And she is giving us this every time. I have stopped comparing her covers with the original but just enjoy her wonderful voice

Great cover, she sure does it in her way, no comparisons, no way.......this beautiful young girl has an astonishing voice and her style is that exactly hers.........And this is a beautiful awesome Aurora song absolutely.......Dany girl you nailed it!!!!

Daneliya really did the song justice, and it's not easy to cover Aurora songs! Mike is right, Aurora has many versions of Runaway, including a guitar and piano version, both on Spotify. She's recently done many many live piano versions on livestreams where she plays the piano herself because the song went viral on TikTok.

She had all the nuances of Aroura but with a warmer feel to it. Really liked it. I'm 50/50 with which one I like. Love both. Good one guys 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

great reaction. without a doubt, Aurora and Daneliya are fantastic singers. they are different and each interpreted the song in their own way. I find the diversity particularly interesting and exciting. however, I don't like it when the singing of the song Runaway is turned into a competition. I think the world is big enough for Aurora and Daneliya. however Daneliya sang the song for Aurora's birthday. I see great respect in it, and Aurora will have been happy about the cover. such is Aurora, as we all know.

Daneliya can put her take and individuality on any song that she covers. I'm in love with her voice, its like a drug to my ears. I do of course also love Daneliya, she is after all the most beautiful teenager on the planet.

A “reasonably faithful cover”? What? It was a mind-blowingly beautiful cover that connected deeply with my mind’s potential to experience pure vocal artistry and beauty. It left me in tears. It was so much richer, more moving, passionate, and beautiful than Aurora’s relatively passionless version. Daneliya is a force of nature, at only 15 years of age I’ve never heard anyone better. She’s a natural and instinctive vocal genius wrapped up in an absolutely charming and lovely package. She’s truly amazing.

Danya is a few days short of 15 here. This actually came out on Aurora's birthday. purely coincidental. That is not unusual to prefer the original, which has an other-worldly sound because that is Aurora. See I am in love with Daneliya's voice and though she has gifts, she works very hard to justify having them. Daneliya will only sing artists she likes and only songs from that artist that she likes. You really should hear Daneliya's blind audition for The Voice Kids Ukraine when she was 10. She sang, 'Stone Cold' by Demi Lavato. It is a long audition which you will understand as you watch. It is 10:30 seconds long, but she sings a second song because they wanted to hear her sing again. She chose a Ukrainian song, which she sang in Ukrainian. If you think there is not much difference between Russian which is the common language and Ukrainian, it is like saying English and Spanish are the same thing. Anyway the big thing is what the coaches told Daneliya about her abilities. It is staggering. Even her Mom started to crumble under the things that were said. Also pay attention to just before the lights come on for the first song, too cute!! Well this first half went viral and is set to break 70 million. Daneliya started her youtube channel after that, I was in the first 100 to subscribe. from 11/ 17 to 4/20 she had garnered 335,000 subscribers. Then she appeared on AGT 2020 and in the next week after the audition she ran through the 500,000 subscibermark. Now she has 1.07 million subscribers. Im with a collected group of Daneliya's, good reaction, I think I was fan 347,000, still she makes my eyes water because, I can see her growing up, and can only imagine how much work she puts into each and every song, love you for loving her!

Really enjoyed your reactions! I like how Daneliya approached the song. She didn’t want to make this a karaoke version and, rather than trying to mimic Aurora’s impossibly spritely lilting lyrics perfectly, she stuck to techniques that were in her wheelhouse and did a masterful job of interpreting the emotion with melisma and depth. Covers are always an homage to the original and I know that Daneliya uses them to expand her techniques by incorporating them into her vocal training. Very different from the original song. I think any cover is a compliment to the composer/original artist, a kind of admiration and honour one artist to another. Daneliya has a mesmerising voice. It’s great. But you got to have more than just a voice to match Aurora when singing Aurora’s songs. Aurora is a package of music, art, fun, depth, joy, playfulness and wisdom. But I welcome everyone who love Aurora’s music so much that they are willing to give it a try!

The magic wasn't lost, just different way to feel. Don't forget she is only 14, and she never copied any covers, she always does hers. Aurora's is exotic but Daneliya's is smooth. Daneliya intrepreted the song like this. Both are great and amazing, only which one you prefer.

That means she trusted herself and published it. If she wasn't happy with it, she wouldn't have published it. So no one has to take anything into account when criticizing. Some feel it is sufficient, others do not. ✌️

The differences between them are: Daneliya is a 14-year-old child singing like a woman, and Aurora is a 25-year-old woman who sounds like a child. I can listen to Daneliya all day, and I will from now on.

на мой взгляд, Данелия спела лучше оригинала, очень зрелый вокал для её лет, вообще не к чему придраться. Аврора поёт эту песню более прямолинейно, её вокальные данные не на столько широки. И её этот какой то мультяшный тембр, в общем, песню от Данелии прослушал на одном дыхании, всё чётко выверено,не устаёшь от песни. Undeniably great voice, but nobody will ever get close to the depth of feeling that Aurora brings to her music. She did the right thing by singing it 'her way,' instead of trying to copy the original. But, without looking to be mean, she seems like she's doing what her vocal coach told her sounds passionate, instead of really feeling it. Also, I'll never enjoy vocal riffs just for the sake of them. It's just bragging.

But you don't want your comments to appear "to be mean"... Well guess what, Dan - you failed miserably. Your remarks are totally, transparently mean-spirited. Technically very good, and possibly better than the original. And Daneliya is a very good singer. But technicality isn't the most important aspect in music, imho, and I too prefer the originality and all-in of Aurora's version.

Stylistically beautiful cover of an iconic AURORA song. AURORA (who of course wrote it) has a unique vocal quality that can't be duplicated. But Daneliya does it justice in her own distinct way.

Some singers mimic covers. Daneliya makes a new version, her version. I listened to Aurura's song with the piano. Did not like it, why? In places music out does her voice, sometimes too loud singing, sometimes too quiet. The auto tune very noticeable. We all prefer different music. I could hear the words better in Daneliya's version.

But she cant be copied vocally speaking

@@RedRider1848 this happened during her time on Americas got talent. She talks about moving to Texas in a clip or a vid I can’t remember. She posted on her Instagram around that same time saying Texas bound. So do the research if you need.

@@donaldjackson4456 Her comments about 'going to Texas' were in reference to her first solo concert in the U.S., which was to be held in Houston on March 29, 2020. But the concert was cancelled because of the onset of the pandemic in the US. She never moved to Texas, as you claimed in your original post.

I think that was a birthday present for Aurora. The end of the song was really good. Thank you Ginger I am completely with you. This version doesn't give me anything at all. Aurora triggers good feelings in me. Doesn't make this version. Sounds good but in no way stands out from the one-size-fits-all pop from the radio.

Very nice but its not as good as the real thing! ;) Aurora's has more range to her vocal slides and not as much vibrato...
