Just found your channel this afternoon, and have binged the entire Undead Campaign (Going to go watch the rest right after) This is amazing. The perfect amount of Game and Descriptive narration. So much personality involved in every roll, and things don't take 4 hours to do a single game. Pretty much every other channel I've found locks all episodes of Narrative campaigns behind membership. So I'm so glad to get to see one so good that I can actually watch This is amazing, and i hope to watch many more. You deserve WAY more attention than you've got. better production than many way larger channels I've seen. keep up the amazing work

In honour of Moxis, I'm bringing him in as an NPC in my Warhammer Fantasy RPG campaign. Will be him wanting help to break into a barrow to get at the Wights and Lore within With Gagrenous Hex secretly trying to convince the Players to betray him. Hopefully his luck will be better in a different universe. or maybe Gagrenous's successful betrayal will be a universal constant

@@AshandStoneNZ Update on Moxis in the RPG He Intro'd the quest, brought them to the first fight And got run down and killed, didn't even get the chance to introduce the potential to involve the betrayal It seems Moxis is fated to flounder and fail in his attempts unfortunately

Yeah, he was a bit of a disappointment all round 😅 No matter how many chances he got, he always managed to fail somehow.

Very nice batrep, loving the visual and audio effects you are adding! Hopefully Gideon and the new Revenant King can be better Undead baddies than Moxis was!

A great narrative video, as always. I can't say it enough, i these videos must be time consuming to make, but they are very woth it. Too bad for Moxis, sometimes we make a character we really like, and the dice just go against them.

Cheers Vitor! Yeah, there's a bit of time invested, that's for sure! 😅 It was the inevitable end for Moxis. The dice very rarely fell in his favour so unfortunately it was only a matter of time.

Oh noo, Moxis has finally reached the end... but theres always a nice plot twist hidden in an "evil" twin, right?! :D Maybe a good twin in this case... When I saw him dish out that fireball to the scouts I had high hopes there, but in the end it wasn't going to be... Loved the new Icons in action. Brings out more of your awesome painting work, which we do not normally see on the birds eye view. Regarding the dice fumbling, I must admit I only rarely follow the dice by now, as the narrative is engaging enough to occupy my attantion completely.

He started off strong! But it was not to be. What I'm hoping for is a "competent" twin 😋 Moxis had always had a tendency to fumble! Yeah, I'm very happy with the new icons, I think they make things much clearer, and they add a certain something too!

The Goblin at the start was hilarious, I'm sad he is dead, Oh mister Ghoulie, what big teeth you have. Your Goblins are hilarious in general. Moxis was hapless villain but I'm sorry he is gone. Though maybe he can be replaced by the Goblins.

I should have addressed it in the video, but the amulet he carried, and recently lost in the duel with his apprentice, would have allowed him to resurrect as a Lich. But in classic Moxis style, he lost it and then died in the very next episode....😐😂

Well, I cant say im surprised, Moxus has a track record of just managing to under achieve. As for the cultists, what about a new cult rising, worshippers of an elder being, or some fell deity, looking to advance their masters cause and sweep their way into the lands, searching for ancient artefacts and temples to bring about the cataclysmic rebirth of their master?

Yeah, hence my mixed feelings about his death. It sucks that he's gone, but as you say, his track record was hardly stellar, so it's probably for the best that he's out of the way! I might still use the cultists for their original purpose, it's just not going to include Moxis now!😆 But that's a very cool idea nevertheless! I'll be sure to keep it in mind.

Nice! Sounds like you're all set! In terms of catapults, there's loads of choice out there. A lot of guys use the Wizkids one, you just have to find or convert some crew.

R.I.P. Moxus, you'd think as highly as he thinks of himself as a Re-animator, he'd have a plan for this sort of thing, but if it's like most of his plans it probably backfired.

😂 Mate, you've got it! The amulet he carried would have allowed him to return as a Lich, but classic Moxis, he lost it in the duel with his apprentice, and then immediately died on his next outing.

Well like all good things everything must come to an end and sadly for Moxis 'twas his last battle for now. Maybe some cultists will reanimated him and he could return in the future as a lich or something? Curious to see where the narrative goes next though! 🤠

😆 Well it was certainly looking that way at the beginning! Alas, they got their eye in. It was just a bad game all round for Moxis. After that first turn, nothing seemed to go his way. 😞

Mate that was fun! Re R.I.P Moxus (He looked pretty dead'ish when he was alive/animated)! Hence the 'Re'. A sad adieu to a 'good' baddy, sad to see the evil bugger go bye bye. You could write in a cheeky battle quest to reanimate Moxus though if you wanted to ;). Also and not least importantly love the way your solo games play out with narrative as oppose to just bashing in for the win. Solo gaming gives one this facility to story tell and re-enact. Did loads as a kid with Airfix figures and very basic D6 driven rules. Only one D6 rolled per side per turn. Saved tons of quids ion dice. Ch-ching!

Cheers Paul! The dice never really were in his favour. Poor bugger! He never really accomplished much. As a cheeky bit of behind the scenes, I had a plan for bringing Moxis back using the amulet. If he had died earlier on, while it was in his possession, it would have brought him back as a Lich. But alas, it's not to be! Yeah, just adding an extra objective can change things up in interesting ways. The Goblins played quite differently to how they would have with different priorities. One D6 per side per turn! That's a lot of pressure on one roll!😆

Honestly, with a combination of consistently terrible rolls and every rules mistake in every game going against him, this was really the only way it could end... sad to see it, though. Perhaps Hex will raise Moxis as one of HIS minions out of spite, and Moxis will have the chance to turn the tables. Or perhaps not. After a long life of being stymied at just about every turn by forces beyond his control, maybe it's time to just let the poor bastard rest...
