Rugby Fan Reacts To College Football Traditions

Ойын-сауық

Like I have said before, I have to come to the states and watch a College Football game as well as a hockey game, hopefully this year I can come over and get involved in some of these awesome College Football Traditions.
Kit that I use, Please note that these are affiliate links and I will earn a small commission at no extra cost to you, this helps the channel and myself out to hopefully get better equipment etc.

Yeeaaahhhh, if you get there on gameday at 5am with an RV at Alabama, you're REAL late. I went to Alabama, and for a 6:30pm Saturday kickoff, they'd start showing up at 7am Tuesday, brisket and ribs would be dropped Thursday or early Friday, and they'd leave out Sunday around 1pm-- and do it all again the next home game.

The difference between College and Professional football Fandom is that the college is always there and has a built in Alumni culture. Professional teams can and do move to different cities so the loyalty can be waving at times. This is why the crowds at college games are often larger than at pro games.

The last clip is Midnight Yell Practice at Texas A&M. It's not even the game, it's the night before! Fans go to the field at midnight (yes, Midnight) to do yells (the Aggie version of cheers) and get ready to support the team the next day. What the clip shows is the yell leaders leading the crowd in the yells. 20,000 to 30,000 fans show up for Midnight Yell. Game day you will have 100,000+ people in the stands. Kyle Field (where they play) is known as one of the loudest and most intimidating places to play for a reason! When it's a big game especially, the noise and energy is insane. The games are really fun and the Fighting Texas Aggie 12th Man (the fans) are definitely a factor in the games. Texas A&M is known to have one of the most passionate fan bases in college. The 12th Man is incredible on many levels. When you get to the States definitely go to one of the big college games. Plan to go when it's one of the rival games and you will have an amazing experience! The energy is impossible to capture on video. Google a list of Best Game Day Experiences and Most Intimidating Places to Play and go from there! College basketball games are also crazy at some schools!

March Madness, aka the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship Tournament is just around the corner. Next to the Super Bowl, it is the most watched sporting event in the United States, as well as having the second highest amount of money wagered on it. 68 teams playing 67 games over three consecutive weekends. And EVERY game is televised. College football pre-dates the founding of the NFL. College football was first played in 1869; the NFL was not founded until 1920. The 15 largest stadiums in the Unites States are all college football stadiums. Michigan Stadium, at a seating capacity of 107,601, is the largest.

The Dallas Cowboys but really any NFL team. She does some clever things on her channel if you would like some ideas also. She didn't go to the game at all just the tailgate party.

There is nothing like a couple powerhouse college teams in a game, the atmosphere blows away NFL, no comparison. These schools represent State pride and often bitter rivalries with neighboring states. Some of the couple biggest stadiums hold 100,000 fans. It is truly electric. When you go to the US do check out a rodeo and a college game if you can, the tickets will need to be purchased months in advance for a school like Texas, Texas A&M or Louisiana State University.

There is a clip of a drummer from a DCI group hooked up to machines to judge oxygen intake, heartreate etc. Marching with a 40lb drum strapped to you has been to be just as physically demanding as playing any sport. While they only did this to a drummer imagine playing any instrument having to maintain breathing for yourself and playing all at the same time you are hitting precise spots without looking down only forward.. kzread.info/dash/bejne/paxo3KOnhqe8abw.html

College football is really comparable to soccer. There’s an elite group of schools then there’s a lot of other ones ranging from nonexistent atmosphere to just shy of the big boys. There are hundreds of college football programs across the country that have packed stadia. Realistically only a few have a chance of winning it all. Most people go to support their community. I’m a graduate of Jacksonville State University in Alabama. We are moving up to the top college sports league next fall. It’s not promotion and relegation like you’re used to. More complicated than that, but yeah. Pretty exciting that we will be playing bigger names. I live in South Carolina now and my alma mater is coming to the state twice next season. We have the largest and best marching band in Alabama. And a 12 story library that completely stands out like a sore thumb. If you watch the music video for Riley Green’s song Bury Me in Dixie, you’ll see our stadium. Holds 25k and is about to be increased.

There's nothing wrong with a bald head. I've been bald twice when I joined the US Navy as enlisted and officer. They shaved our heads to prevent any lice and to make all troops look the same in the beginning. My hair eventually grew out. It's also expensive to go to a barbershop these days. $20 for a hair cut when it was like $5 in my youth. I rather spend it on buying wine. I still cut my own hair as there are no barbershop within walking distance. I use a scissor, put some paper towel on my sink, then cut my hair above my ear. It's kind annoying to put my hair behind tomorrow. I haven't watched the whole video. I hope Virginia Tech Hokies are in there as I am an alumni. Before entering the stadium, the players touch a stone above the exit from locker room to the stadium for luck.

You shouldn’t get smashed by copyrights. We have a thing here called Fair Use of Copyright material. As long as you only play 10% of the song and not 90-100% of the song, it’s a Fair Use and the Copyright rules don’t apply (legal loophole). That’s why they don’t have to pay Metallica every time they play Enter the Sandman or the crowd sings it. It’s Fair to play a snippet of a song or pull a quote out of a book or crop a skull on a table out of a painting to use in your next artwork without explicitly having to give credit or money to the copyright holder. If KZread dings you for this video, remind them of the fair use rules and they won’t bother you. The reason watching a full Metallica video in a reaction will get dinged is because you used 100% or a large majority of their copy written material, which requires payment to the artist for doing so. I hope that makes sense.
