When I flew home with my baby, 6 weeks old, i became air sick. A lovely man took my baby and held him throughout the flight. He carried him off the plane..i will never forget his kindness. What a lovely man.

I've been on two flights in my lifetime where there was a crying baby on board, both times (with me starting it the second time) people on board the plane volunteered to walk the baby up and down the aisle, the 2nd time a nurse came back and placed the child on her lap and bicycled the babies legs and the baby fell asleep after a few moments. I don't think people ignore it now adays when Karen's start acting up on planes and I'm glad of that.

That same expression hit my mind after the man who caused a disabled delivery person her job slipped on his spilled coffee and was told by a nurse that his legs were paralyzed. Now, he WILL be walking in her shoes. Like you said, what goes around, comes around.

As a wheelchair user, thank you for the wheelchair video. Inaccessibility is a constant struggle in my life, and I am unable to study or work because of my disabilities (autism, ehlers danlos, dysautonomia, nerve damage, endometriosis affecting multiple organs) and even basic things like going to a store I am treated as less than because of my chair, people ignore me and speak over my head to my mum or bf because they assume I can't do ANYTHING for myself. Its infuriating.

They also assume that I am in the wheelchair because I'm fat and lazy, no, my lower back is riddled with endometrial tissue and it damaged the nerves. I literally cannot walk without aids, and only walk because some places are so inaccessible (even Dr's or hospitals) that I have to use crutches and risk blacking out.

L-4, 5, 7 and my pelvic bones…… all broken…… been in a wheelchair for over 3 years. I’m not working anymore, not just for the wheelchair, but also because my medication causes my brain issues like forgetfulness and things like that. So I’m on Disability Benefits, the thing I’ve contributed to my whole working career, just like everyone else). Fortunately I’m able to stand and walk a little bit, using my walker. But yes, the discrimination against disabled people is a real thing, sadly enough. (Though I personally haven’t had to deal with someone like in the last clip 😉) Life is about MORE than a disability, or even the ability to move and walk…. As long as you keep that in mind, you’ll be fine! Have a beautiful day everyone! ❤
