You do stuff like that to people, and profits from it, he created two of the most dangerous creatures known to exist to mankind: someone with nothing left to lose and ceases to care about the consequences. Everyone has a breaking point or a point they will snap decide that guy or those like him are done as of that day. That rudeness can be and often is the last mistake such a person ever makes. Many are sent to the upper floor for far less. In the fired lady's mind, she might decide its all over for her but can at least make it easier on the next person in her shoes by being rude guy's wrong person and last mistake he would ever make.
