You can see that the scene at 11:56 was an editing mistake from Mappa staff. You can see that it repeats at 12:56 where it was supposed to be. That's because the episode only gets done few hours before it's supposed to officially release.

@@adefrazf6921 yes he did but not just Cleave and Dismantle but the phenomenon, "slash" As well. Meaning that Mahoraga should be immune to slash attacks and can deflect and counter them.

I don't think anyone would be upset if we get a break from the anime so the animators get their well-deserved break

the employees who have walked out already probably will, but that won’t diminish the series quality because they *will* find people who want to do the work. That’s how labor exploitation works on a very basic level, squeeze every ounce of energy and talent out of current employees and when they finally lose it and leave they get the next naive fresh faced kid or someone who’s been waiting for an opportunity to do this kind of work. Since they’re contracted and the anime/manga industry is huge in Japan i’d imagine there’s no shortage of talented animators out there waiting for the chance despite what everyone’s been hearing. Some people have the mental fortitude to withstand being exploited for the purpose of keeping their own life stable and some don’t. MAPPA sucks big time for sure, but most likely the outcries will be for nothing.

I could be remembering wrong, but I'm pretty sure Megumi was gonna bring it out for Todo. Todo is a grade 1 capable of soloing a special grade. He is also an unpredictable person, so I doubt Megumi would've been certain Todo wouldn't kill him. Also, I don't think Megumi knew Panda and Inumaki were on the way to help.

2:00 explaination: In order for a Ten Shadows user to use Shikigami they first need to invoke the ritual and fight that Shikigami to subjugate it to control it. They can invoke the summoning ritual however many times and anyone nearby can participate. Once the Shikigami has killed/incapacitated the participants or is subjugated it is then dismissed. Megumi used the Subjugation Ritual to kill the enemy because since the enemy was forced to be a participant that Shikigami will not stop until it has killed the participants.

The greatest episode of jjk so far🐐🔥. Hats off to the animators, especially given the harsh conditions at mappa. They are truly gifted, hopefully the studio exececs give them time off after this one, they deserve it💯💯❤️.

Funny fact: One of the animators couldn't find a photo of the floor plan for one of the buildings that sukuna destroyed,so they used the design of Mappa's production floor for the building instead 😭😭

One of the animators came out and said due to the scheduling they were only able to put out 30% of what they originally had planned for this episode. IMAGINE THIS EPISODE AT 100% 🤯

“Wtf am I watching!👁️👄👁️” that was me the whole episode 🔥

We saw multiple times in S1 that Megumi was about to unleash something powerful and throw his life away. But it's so funny that when it FINALLY gets used, it's against Haruta of all people. Mahoraga. Sukuna shows up and has fun for a bit but unlike with Jogo, he realizes that having fun won't be enough for this thing. If it adapts to all of his moves, there won't be a path to victory. So he has to take it out in one blow. Then he demolishes most of the city, annihilates SO MANY PEOPLE(including Haruta who's luck had ran out) and then makes Yuji see and experience it all so he can laugh at his misery. Once again, Sukuna is not Yuji's friend. He is not on his side at all. Yuji's suffering and despair brings Sukuna entertainment. Just like how he laughed with Mahito when Junpei was killed in front of Yuji. He is diabolical. And now, Nanami is back. Nearly burnt to a crisp but still walking. Where does his path lead to, I wonder?

As he is it's hard to consider Megumi someone who could throw hands with Gojo. But after seeing the strongest Shikigami, as well as the others we haven't seen yet, I dunno man. Imagine if he completes his domain expansion. It seems like he could manipulate the ten shadows freely in it and summon multiples of them. So imagine a Megumi who's tamed Mahoraga as well as a completed domain expansion, that would be insane and on Gojo's level. Doubt it will happen before the end of the series but I hope it does.

He is already able to dodge attacks from Toji, who's pretty much the same speed tier as Gojo and Sukuna. People underrate his ability way too much yeah right now he's nowhere near them but in the future he absolutely can reach that level. Same with characters like Yuta.@@trapshadowltf

You know thinking about it now, Maho does share a lot of similarities with Nemesis from Resident Evil. How he looks for sure and in the OG RE Nemesis game, Nemesis and the game AI also adapt to how you play the game. The game can downright destroy you to where it seems unfair by adapting the difficulty much like how Maho adapts. I wonder if the author is a fan of the RE games 🤔
