I also share same view with you , we get to know real face of locality during monsoon and traffic . I am happy I stay in thane but only problem for us is to travel via local train and other location which i like is Powai mainly area around hiranandani gardens and their society
No justification for prices demand for buying a home in Mumbai.
Best place is hiranandani garden,,parsi colony dadar east with 14 gardens....
The squatters are everywhere in Mubai even near a project with 1 lakh per square feet prices. If people in Mubai think property prices in Mumbai rise to Rs 10 lakh per square feet, that is not going to happen. Banks have a shortage of deposits when the government is the largest borrower. Banks will not be in a position to give a high amount of loans as they will be short of deposits going forward.
I am from Gurgaon, I went to Mumbai once in 2018 and half of the mumbai smells very bad, even Mc d was smelling like shit.

From gateway of India, Taj hotel , Elephanta Caves, Siddhivinayak Mandir, Mahalaxmi mandir, Hanging garden, Juhu Beach, Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Shivaji Park, Bandra Worli sealink, Dhobi Ghat, Mahalaxmi racecourse, sab dikha dunga.

Actors are overrated, normal people dont give a damn for them, having them as neighbors is a minus and not a plus bcos thdyre too full of themselves and expect everyone to fawn on them
